I don't normally use reading glasses. I've got a book I'm about to start that has really small print. I can read it, but it's a bit annoying so I though magnification might help. I got the 1.0 version of these and they work as I hoped. They give just a bit of magnification while still holding the book at a natural reading distance. I don't know if lenses are polarized, but they seem to make the text on the page crisper and maybe even a bit darker. They see really well made. A good weight to them. The lenses are very clear and consistent and the frames feel very sturdy. I'm happy with them. The only thing that would change this review is if they break down quickly in which case I'll update the review. ... show more

I noticed that with stronger reading glasses, I was holding things closer to my face. These were perfect for me. I can hold something at a normal arm’s length and everything is clear.

These reading glasses are excellent. They are sturdy and I personally like rimless bottom style. They were exactly what I was looking for. They measure approximately five inches wide and six inches long (see photographs with measuring tape). They are light weight, so I find them to be comfortable all day long. I personally have a 1.0 strength requirement. It’s impossible for me to find that strength at any drug store or grocery store reading glass rack. So, for me, this is a perfect match. Oh, and the bonus: YOU GET THREE PAIRS!!! Of course, I’ve already lost two of them, but they will turn up some day ;) ... show more

I just received these today, 04/24/26, and they are perfect. I've tried long and hard to find glasses at 1.00 that gave me great vision and now I have them. Plus, I have two more if something happens to the pair I'm currently wearing. Great product!!!

These readers do have good quality optics, and frames but there were some issues. Optics are great, no scratches, no distortions, no tints. The lenes are about half height, which is ok for me, it's a style choice that compromises on function. I'm happy with the lens! The primary issue, the 1.00 diopter is more like 1.25, as they have a focal distance of less than 0.8M vs. where they should be which is 1M. This makes these glasses pretty much useless for my needs. So much so, I just ordered more readers from another company. It's ok, I needed spares anyway. Another issue is the nose pieces, they have sharp edges, and while the edge doesn't contact your nose, it's still there. Is it so much to ask to deburr the nose pads and wires? Some home rework with a file can fix it, but come on! I would gladly pay more for a fully finished product. Frames aren't wide enough for me, smaller than other readers I've bought on Amazon. (I knew this buying them) The ear pieces are spring based, so they'll accommodate my big head. If you're wondering, these glasses do not have anti reflective coatings and are not blue blocking. I hate blue blocking readers because they tint everything yellow. I'm happy someone is still making clear readers! It would be nice to offer the anti reflection feature (AR). That would be a major plus. ... show more
