Plug n play , had it up and running within 15 minutes ( and that was mainly the software upgrades ) which were actually fast . I don’t play hardcore games just WOW and path of exile type games and this is perfect . Been using a laptop for awhile so was time to jump back into a PC . I haven’t really customized it too much yet , but because it was on sale , and I have a Amazon card I figured I’d just buy a pre built because it’s affordable this way only like $200 a month . Overall Great PC. Pros: Performance is amazing Stays cool even after a few hours play time. Is able to run just about any game or high stress software with minimum issue. And has just the right amount of RGB lights to not be to annoying. Cons: The included keyboard and mouse are the cheapest Dell ones you can find. Wish I at least got Alienware Branded ones. Doesnt even need to be super special. There is an odd buzzing sound from the power cable on occasion. It seems like when the amount on power going through the multi-plug bar its plugged into changes when something is turned on or off is what causes it. But not exactly sure on what causes it. ... show more

Nothing but issues with this PC. I got it early September and it is now late october, constant power supply issues and now it's telling me my bios is corrupted (probably due to power supply issues.) I haven't done anything sketchy with this rig and when it works it runs games great but every update it bricks for an hour or two. I’m really happy with this purchase. Let me just give the tldr for those who want to move on quickly. I purchased the Ultra 9 RTX 5080 version for $2399 when it was on sale. I was extremely nervous because the only reviews at the time were Amazon Vine Reviews. When I received it, I had to install MS home and immediately HWINFO’d it. Everything was exactly as advertised. Bonus! Wifi 7 and bluetooth 5.3 (LMP 13.16777). I really couldn’t find any bloatware other than what Microsoft installs. There are things Dell installs like their usual Support Assist but I don’t really consider that bloatware. This unit is insanely quiet and installing my 16TB HDD, 4tb nvme took less than 5 minutes. You can search Youtube for Alienware Aurora ACT1250 on how to do this. My only complaint is that even though it said it was shipped and sold by Amazon, I received it from USPS in the end so I had to take the day off now knowing when it will arrive. ... show more
