It took my husband and I a long time to decide on which massage chair to buy. We looked at many - at least a dozen. This one - the Alfine A710 Pro 4D chair always came back to us cause it checked all the boxes. It has the 4D feature which can give you a very intense deep massage, it would be delivered quickly and it had many, many preprogrammed sessions as well as the ability to run it manually if you have a certain area you want to concentrate on. Many of the programs are very strong but you can adjust the intensity at any time during the session but there are several programs that are beautifully relaxing and gentle. We also liked that this chair connects to your home WiFi and it can download software updates through the WiFi and also you can download new programs so if should ever get through the 40+ programs that is has, you can download new ones. You can also create your own custom program. We also love that is has 2 zero G positions. It automatically lays you back in Zero G 1 position but with the push of button you can lay back further and it brings your legs higher. The chair measures your body when you first start it up. It will adjust the legs for how tall or short you are. I am 5'2" and my husband in 6'0" and it works perfectly for both of us. You can adjust the spread of the rollers so they can be real close to you spine or more out on your trapeziums muscles. It has rollers in the feet and the back of the calf which is AWESOME!! It has heated pads that you can have on your back or put them on top of your chest. It really has everything one could want in a massage chair and we learn something new with it all the time. We've had it for about two months now and it has never glitched or anything - it has worked perfectly every time. The look of the chair is gorgeous. We got the blue one. You don't need much room cause when it reclines it turns on it's own base so you don't need a lot of room behind the chair. We put in in the corner of our bedroom. Customer service has been great with us. We had questions in the beginning and the American customer service reps at Massage Chair Max have been very nice and helpful. Assembly was very easy (just watch the YouTube video) and we had it together in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this chair not just because it's a great chair but also because the customer service is great and in America!!

Overall, I'm very happy with the chair. I've had it for about 3 months now, and have gotten regular use out of it. It gives a great massage, and I've fallen asleep in it more times than I can count. Whenever we have friends over to visit, they always want to take a turn in the chair. That said, there are some minor things that could be improved to make this chair even better. The voice activation is terrible. It doesn't respond when I say "hey alice" no matter how hard I try, but it will respond to "hello Alice" (instructions specifically say it's supposed to answer to both). It also responds at random times when we don't say anything remotely close to either voice activating command. Hopefully this gets fixed in a future software update. It measures you before it starts a cycle, which is nice. I'm 6'1"... it's fine for me, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone taller. I'm about as tall as it can support. It hits my neck and shoulders good, but it always has the feet retracted fully. I have to manually extend the feet every time to get comfortable after it's already started and usually already is trying to work your arms too. This might be something else they can fix with a software update. Also, it's very tight / uncomfortable on sides of my feet at their widest part. I wear about a size 10.5 wide to an 11 wide (mens size) depending on the shoe, so my feet are a little wide but not significantly wide. This isn't something that can be fixed, it just is what it is. The touch screen interface could be improved. You have to select an intensity setting after you power it on, but then it goes into action and the arms inflate before you can do anything else with the touch screen - so most often, my right arm won't be in the arm slot because I'm still messing with the screen. Something else that could be fixed with a software update. Would be nice if you could easily save your profile and then select it every time on power up before it starts to do anything, and skip the measuring. The phone app is pretty worthless. It's just a mirror of the touch screen, no additional functionality, and completely unnecessary since you've got the touch screen in front of you whenever you're using the chair. It is terrible about switching between my wife and I with the bluetooth feature to use the phone app anyways. We've just stopped using it. Overall, most of the shortcomings can be fixed with minor software updates and are not show stoppers. I still give this chair a strong recommendation. I am very happy to have purchased it.

This is my third massage chair. First chair was okay but way too harsh with little adjustment. Second was the Osaki Dreamwave. It was a very uncomfortable, cheaply made, severely overpriced out of proportion massage chair. I sold it for far less than I paid just to get it out of my life. This new chair is by far the best I’ve tried! Overall quality, good build and design, amount of features, and correct body proportion makes this chair a great value!! Very easy to assemble and very easy to use. The touchscreen is very nice and responds quickly. The default massages are fantastic!! I love this chair!!!! If you are looking for a chair that gives you a great massage and overall selection of features, this is the one! Amazon shipping is the best! It arrived a week early, which is great!!! Shipping company used is fantastic! Great communication and overall quality of care during the transport and delivery process. I can’t say enough good things about this chair and delivery experience. It is totally worth the money!!!
