  • Highly Recommended!
Color: Black
I always try my best to fully research anything before purchase. In regards to a massage chair I tried out about 4 different massage chairs at Conns, a couple more expensive ones at Costco and did some pretty extensive research online. I decided to purchase two different massage chairs. I bought the highest rated massage chair with a price point of around $1,500.00 dollars and I decided to purchase this one at around $3,500.00. I was honestly hoping that there wouldn’t be a huge difference between the two models so I could keep the cheaper chair, but man was I wrong. The difference in price is completely and totally worth it! There is no comparison! The comfort level on this chair is much better. The enclosed pod like chair adds another level of comfort also. You can clearly tell that all the materials used in this chair are of higher quality. The massage experience is much much better than the cheaper chair. The chair is a lot easier to control with the touch screen compared to the remote type control on the cheaper chair. The leg/foot portion of the chair is astronomically better than the cheaper chair. The fact that it encloses your entire foot and actually extends on its own is amazing. This chair felt as comfortable as the more expensive $8,000.00 Costco chairs. I love the pre set massage modes but also love how you can manually control the massage and have it pinpoint certain areas. Long story short this chair is amazing. This chair has taken my personal relaxation and meditation to another level. Highly highly recommended! ... show more

  • Great product, but beware of door sizes
Color: Black
This is a fantastic massage chair with every feature it describes (maybe minus the "yoga stretch", which it kind of has, but it's more of just laying down almost flat). It really does have the flexible railing and does have 4D tech, so it's actually a really good chair for the price point. The armrests only have air bag compression (no rollers), but the air bags inflate in a way that kind of feels like it has them. The chair itself doesn't offer bluetooth for your phone nor will the charger fast charge your phone, but for the price point I can deal with that. The support was also extremely helpful. I called them when my armrest wasn't properly working and they spent a bit with me to get it working, which we did eventually get working. The only negative thing I would say is that you should measure your door sizes before purchasing this. The product comes in three boxes that you will have to take out and assemble. The main body is pretty much exactly 30", so be ready to remove a door get a bunch of scrapes everywhere on the doorframe. It's really heavy, so maybe invite over some of your strong friends to help. Long story short, I'm somebody who would go get a massage every day if I could afford it. I've searched around for a while for a massage chair that had what I was looking for (flexible track + 4D rollers) and this is the cheapest and best quality chair I found. ... show more

  • Best massage chair ever
I would buy this massage chair again in a heart beat. Not only is it a great massage chair, it is easy to operate and does more things to you than I can mention here today. The chair arrived earlier than expected, it was so easy to attach the foot rest (2 screws) and then you are ready to go. I'm 68 years old and I must have read about 30 of these chairs before deciding on this one, I am very glad I bought this massage chair over all the other ones. This chair in my opinion, was the best chair with the best features than all the others combined at this price point. The amazing work it has done on my neck, back, feet, and bottom made it worth every penny I spent for this chair. Again, bottom line, it's a great massage chair. ... show more

  • The good, the bad and the ugly
I bought this to relax my body during pandemic WFH times after some research and here is my complete review after using for a month. I will go from top to bottom Look: I have the brown one and it’s gorgeous. Bluetooth Speakers: they are good & convenient and they are at the right spot. As everyone said the voice control is just crazy and it awakes at random times. Neck: I did not feel much of the neck massage and I am not really sure if it is greatly noticeable anyway in general. Shoulder: this one is just an air press. But it reaches to your shoulders very well and I hope it’s very common to be like that. Hands: I am not really happy about hand massaging. My hands measure 28” from shoulder to fingers, and I have to push my hands to reach to the palm placeholder. And this is also just an air pressure and my forearm’s circumference is 11” and I feel that is not enough for full pressure experience. SL Track: The best part. It does good stretch, back, waist, relax, comfort and zero gravity massages. Heating is good as well and it heats waist, lower back but not much upper back. It scans the body before each massage so that you get the best experience. It is totally worth. But keep in mind you may not be able to sit on it for extended period of time with out a massage, let’s say watching more than one movie starts to hurt. Remote controller: I feel it is good but one improvement would have been better. Every time you turn it on it automatically goes to zero gravity position it would have been good if the remote had a button to bring it back to sitting position whenever you want. Currently there is one but you have to press & hold all the way. Calf: The worst part. It has both air pressure from sides and calf rollers. My leg circumference at calf is 16” and I feel only air pressure and I don’t feel the calf rollers at all, which takes away all the fun. Foot: the good part. It has rollers for foot and ankle, and they cover your feet completely. But I never feel all of them at the same time and I would have to constantly adjust throughout the massage. I wear 10 size shoes and I feel pain on last two toes from excessive pressure so much so that I get a feeling it might break the bones. Finally, I am not a good judge of what a 2K worth massage chair should do but here is my complete review on my first massage chair. I will try to do a comparative review later. ... show more
