This is a great way to power ring battery cams. The USB connector has a gasket to seal the connection and the cable has a connector on both ends making the installation very simple. The Ring provided wired version has the power supply in the middle of the cable making the installation impossible. Buy the battery version with this, you will be glad you did. ... show more

Its been one week and it was going great once I installed this so I don't have to keep on replacing the batteries. However, now the camera is always going offline when using the camera wired. When I use battery, the camera is working great and doesnt go offline. I'm going to return this and purchase the Original RING power adaptor instead. ... show more

This power cord has a small plug that can easily be routed through the wall. Plugs solidly into the ring camera. Othe end is a usb with plug in power converter. White flat cable that is easily hidden behind siding in my case.

Camera appears sturdy as good quality. It is refurbished from Woot, so it does have a scratch under the lense on the cover, but other than that works perfectly. Great product so far.
