After 3 months of use, this is still the best investment we could have made! Super easy to set up, I mean it was basically plug and play! We use it at least once per day. We are two average tall people and three is fine but 4 is quite cramped. It does take 24 hours to heat up, so we just leave it on. It holds well at 104, it's HOT! We don't even need bubbles, because the bubbles cools down the water pretty quick. We have purchased replacement filters, but found that a good thorough scrubbing can make the filter last a couple of weeks instead of weekly. I have grain chlorine that I add occasionally, when the strips say I need it. But the water is super clear! The electrical bill might be a bit more, but it's totally worth it. Don't waste the money I have had mine for just over 6 months. It stopped working in December went through warranty they sent me new heater/pump that came in March I set it back up with new pump got to relax in it a couple times now it's not heating again. So I sent them an email and they informed me it's out of warranty and will send me another pump $228.00 after I call and give my cc number to customer service. So if u want a pool go ahead and order. They actually don't care that product doesn't last and won't reach out to resolve the product issues ... show more

So far so good. Took less than 24 hours to bring 47F well water up to 101F. Bubbles were much more powerful than expected. As expected our screen porch concrete floor is slanted away from the building for drainage and that does make the spa a bit unlevel. However, it does not affect operation. As previously reviewed the instructions are not clear on how to inflate so YouTube is your friend. We'll see how it lasts. We will spring for a real spa if this one gets enough use, but at this price point it's great to test for site and desired features. Update-We ran this tub on weekends in Minnesota until the end of October when we knew we wouldn't be able to bring it up to temp economically. We used very hard well water and had to clean the filters after about 100 hours of use, then replace completely after 3 cleanings. With test strips and Clorox brand chemicals purchased from Amazon, and filters ordered directly from the manufacturer, it was easy and inexpensive to keep the water balanced and clear. After owning a 6 person real hot tub at another home, and barely using it over 11 years we surprised ourselves at how much time we spent in this one. Liked it so much we've ordered a real 2 person hot tub from a local dealer. Bottom line-you're probably only going to get a year, possibly 2 out of this, but if you're not sure about investing in a hot tub for your site this is a good option to try before making a huge investment. ... show more

    • Works great but has a slow leak
I have to admit that it is much better than I expected for an inflatable hot tub! The water took quite a while to heat up (almost 24 hours in 50-ish Fahrenheit lows) but is holding its temperature nicely. The instructions say to change the water every couple of days, which would make my power bill go through the roof, I think, but I am hoping that keeping the water treated, as I would in a "real" hot tub, will allow me to not have to change it that often. The bubbles are much stronger than I expected, and I like that they time out after about half an hour, because it tells me it is time to get out. Installation was easy. The cover is a bit difficult to put on/take off. I ended up just unclipping two of the buckles and folding the cover back a bit when I use it, and that works. The hot tub immediately developed (or already had) a very slow leak, as it is on my upper deck and it is dripping onto the ground below. At first, I hoped it was just water that had spilled over or leaked from the hose that I filled it with, but the drip continues and the water level in the tub is slowly going down. I can't find the leak, so I am guessing it is near the bottom somewhere. I don't want it sitting on my deck, keeping the wood wet 24/7, so I will likely dismantle it and set it up where it can sit on concrete or the ground. Ultimately, when you compare the cost of this to the cost of a more permanent hot tub, it is much better than I expected, and if it weren't for the leak, I would definitely give it five stars. It is much too cumbersome to empty it, deflate it, and send it back, and the leak is small, so I will live with it and/or try to find and patch it down the road. I would likely not buy another one after this one gives up the ghost, but it was a good chance to find out that I like having a hot tub without investing in the cost of a more permanent one. ... show more
