The outdoor section came with obvious damage. There's also oil from the unit itself all over the box: it's obvious that the unit was damaged in shipping. Heads up this ships in multiple sets. You will receive hoses and installation kit separately from actual units. Fairly easy to install for someone with a little HVAC knowledge, and so far in a 900 sq ft apartment, we have only had to use 1 of the three units to keep it cool in 90+ heat. Installed this 3 head unit myself and so far so good. Blows cold air out of 2... the 3rd one is on me as the lineset is 50 feet so I will need to hire out someone to add R32, but it cool enough for now.. I like the options in the app to point vent in a specific direction unlike the 2 other mini splits I have. 22SEER is going to save a lot of money which was the main reason I purchased this.
