This has been running non stop for two and a half weeks, zero issues. Our air conditioner went down right after I installed this on our sun porch. Actually helped cool the rest of our house. Super quiet, you have to walk up to it to make sure it’s running. Outside unit is just as quiet. Installation was a little tough, went through the left side of the unit. Right side would be a breeze. After a month with use I can say.. Excellent unit, very easy install, great functionality, dry mode works well when humid, auto mode automatically switches from cool to heat mode when needed. Overall great quality for the price. Great seller with prompt response and resolution when condenser fan broke due to loose mounting bolts they sent out new condenser unit promptly resolving issue. Would suggest checking condenser fan/motor mounting bolts are tight. ... show more

Updating 7/26/2025 WIFI USB stick is in the unit however will not connect to WIFI using AC Freedom APP or Net Home Plus. The QR code in the manual has you download AC Freedom also the WIFI instructions via another QR code has the WIFI code. Simply will not connect even with 2.4Ghz enabled with see the WIFI USB stick in the WIFI list. Also tried scanning the QR code on the WIFI stick which returns as invalid. Please post in reviews if you got the WIFI to work. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My Pioneer mini split system died after 8 years so it was time to replace it. Turned to be Amazon prime day week and I was able to get one at $350 new. Pros: Cools very fast with not being very loud. Also came with all the necessary parts to install it (need a HVAC person). Cons: Lack of information on Albott, and I cannot figure out how to get the unit connected to the NetHome Plus app as to the manual. Also per the Amazon description there is no Wifi USB stick. Warranty seems to be seen down the road if an issue occurs. Finally, for the price the unit works as listed and cools extremely fast also would be great if WiFI setup was simple so I can use the mobile and place the remote in a safe place. ... show more

Im not a AC guy, but I am an electrician. It was pretty easy and the unit works great! Hardest thing is getting the copper lines aligned correctly to exit the wall without too many bends. Will by more of these for my house.

Don't expect the sellers to ever reply to you about anything, the wifi feature doesn't work and the "manual" doesn't show anything about this. Shipped with parts missing (fan guard did not arrive) but they don't care. I've sent messages with no reply. The unit works great and it cools great but don't expect anyone from the "company" to ever reply. Paying extra because it's "wifi" is silly because they don't cover that. It's quiet and cools our home well, however. ... show more
