I bought the pink and it's really pretty. It's also very sturdy and keeps my water and drink cold for a long time. I can put water and ice in it before bed and 9 hours later it's still cold and has some ice left. It came with 2 metal straws and a straw brush but I am sensitive to metal straws and can't use them. I have knocked it off the table twice. The top did not come off but of course some liquid did come out of the whole my straw was in. Much better than my old tumbler that came apart and scattered liquid everywhere. The handle is nice and is a good grip for people who need something to really hold onto. The grip and ring slides onto the tumbler but once I slid it on it has stayed. Very nice for the money. ... show more

I like: the selection of colors ... the surface fo the tumbler feels good to the touch .... it has a good handle .... the choice of two lids is good to have ... the lids are leak proof ... and it keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. I absolutely love this water bottle. I am extremely picky about the things I use every day (such as water bottles, pots and pans, a certain type of soap), and this water bottle is my #1 favorite. I have used hundreds of water bottles over the years and none meet my standards for Volume, Method of drinking (straw, sports, open lid), Attractiveness of style, and Whether it can fit in my car cup holder. I got the white one. It is a matte white. If you bang it too hard on anything, you can scratch the paint. That doesn't bother me though. I have put awesome stickers on my water bottle and it makes me happy just looking at it. COLD DRINKS! It keeps my drinks cold for a surprisingly long time! I have had this for several YEARS at the time of this review. I've left in in the car during a summer work shift in Texas. The inside of the car was over 100 degrees... with dread, I lifted my bottle carefully to test the temperature before drinking.... To my surprise, it was still ICE COLD! This is with plain water and a handful of ice cubes that morning. HOT DRINKS Would I use this for hot drinks? No. I haven't tried it with my tea, but that's because if I use my water bottle for anything but water, it will have an aftertaste for weeks. However, since this bottle is stainless steel, and not insulated, it would get too hot to touch. Plus there is no heating vent for steam if you try to drink. I would not use this for hot drinks. DURABILITY I use this camping, hiking, and for daily use at work and at home. It has one pretty big dent at the bottom, right on the corner. It still doesn't leak! This dent is BAD. I don't know what I did, I just noticed it one day. I would rate it 5 stars for durability. Like I said, I've had it for several years and I love it. CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY FIVE STARS!! I lost the gasket to my favorite lid for this bottle. It is completely unusable without the gasket. Note to self, the gaskets for all the lids are NOT interchangeable! I only like to drink from the sports lid, so I reached out to customer service, hoping to be able to buy the right gasket. They are sending me a new water bottle and set for FREE! I will use the new sports lid and gasket on my old water bottle (because I don't want to buy more of the expensive stickers I have). The only bad thing about this water bottle is the lid that uses a straw. If you expect this water bottle to sip like a camelback water bottle you will be unpleasantly surprised. There is very poor suction on the straw, no matter how you wiggle the mouthpiece. I am not disappointed though. I don't like to use water bottles with straw attachments because nasty black stuff grows in all the straw mechanics and I can't get it clean enough. Yeah straw attachments gross me out. I used to use camelback straw water bottles (the BEST if you like to use a straw), but it seemed like I would have to swab the workings with an alcohol soaked Q-tip every week, or that gross black stuff came back. I prefer to have simpler workings for my water bottles at this point. I am a camel. I drink so much water every day, I have to refill this water bottle and my drinking cup half a dozen times a day. Without it I dehydrate. I love this and don't foresee needing a new one any time soon. ... show more

I bought three of these for camping/commuting, etc. They're lovely, sturdy, and dishwasher friendly. Hot beverages stay nice and hot for a long time. Unfortunately, hot beverages also push the lid upwards so you cannot carry the full cup in a bag and need to be very careful not to bump it if you sit it down and check the lid before picking it up again until the liquid cools. If the cup drops, the lid flies right off. Other than that, we really like them --just have to be careful is all. ... show more
