So I wasn't planning on buying a bed frame whenever I bought this. I had bought a really nice/expensive on from elsewhere but when it came time to build it, half of the parts for the bed was missing! So I looked on amazon & looked for a frame that looked good & could be delivered fairly quick... This is the one I decided to go with because I didn't want to tie down a lot of money on one that I wasn't sure whether it would be permanent or just temporary if the rest of the other bed got delivered. It's a bit heavy, which is expected. With some power tools I got it build & setup in about half an hour! Easy to follow instructions & everything fit in perfectly. The quality on it is solid, especially for the price. I highly recommend it! Honestly I'm really satisfied with it so I'm just returning the parts the other company sent me & sticking to this one, lol. A mattress 6” is the perfect size, 8” would sit higher than the foot board frame and I wouldn’t suggest 5” it’s too low.

It got here earlier than expected. So far seems super sturdy, Metal parts came beautiful and strong. Just as the Picture shows. Will Update if anything goes wrong. But feels sturdy and secure so far.
