    • They do not deserve 1 star! BUYER BEWARE
This company is terrible they shipped us cushions that did not inflate at least 7-8. The legs for the sectional and the loveseats fit short very unsafe and poor-quality material. I contacted the manufacturer they said they had no replacement parts. They manufacturer originally offered 500.00. This set has 25-30 cushions as well as the short legs which do not make it safe. The quality they show in photos is not what they ship. I have emailed them at least 3 times asking for a refund that would cover the cost to make this right. If they were a legitimate company, they would respond and help. I have advised they we cannot return the product since our installer got rid of the boxes. There a so many pillows and parts it would cost a fortune to send back!! They do not reply to my emails offering any solution. We paid 1100 dollars based on reviews. This set is not worth more than 300 dollars. They ship the pillows in vacuum sealed packaging. It states give 3 days to have them inflate to the proper size. They do not inflate to the proper size stated in the description they are cheap quality. Amazon has been useless in helping. We were ripped off, sent poor cheap quality product and they do not care. I sent them pictures and nothing. I have them on my phone not my computer or I would attach them with this review. They are scammers and not helpful in our situation. It is equally upsetting to see Amazon not take the responsibility to help with faulty products shipped by their 3rd party vendors. DO NOT OREDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I am trying to seek help from Amazon corporate office for some type of resolution. At this point we are out 1100.00 so , so upsetting.... ... show more
