Okay I originally wrote a review for this and now it is not showing up. I've now had the lights installed for a week or 2 so I have some new insight and since I can't see my old review I'm going to assume I didn't post it and start fresh. I've now had these lights for 1-2 weeks and have decided the 1 thing I wasn't totally in love with is actually a good thing. 1. The lights install incredibly easy, 3 pretty easy to access bolts and 1 wire. I do have the chrome bumper so your mileage may vary if you have the sport - but on my Laramie were talking a 10-20 minute job for both sides. I installed these after they sat in my truck all night on 10-20 degree weather so I was a big nervous about the blastic being brittle but no issues whatsoever 2. The lights do not bounce around when I'm driving (as most of you know the oem design isn't ideal and I had pulled mine and drilled thne to place a rubber bushing prior to buying these) and they were aimed basically perfectly right out of the box. I will say here that the spring and that piece of plastic is not as robust looking as oem however given the price of these sorts of things when you look oem this was on par with my expectations. 3. The lights have a nice cutoff - this was actually my only complaint initially because I had already installed led bulbs into my oem housings and I didn't feel these were quite as bright when I was looking at them against the wall - this is where I was wrong - when actually driving the truck hitting the fogs gives me the same illuminated distance as before only they're brighter at that distance (you can see how the light is focused similar to a projector beam in my photo) AND they do not blind others. I've been flashed in the past and always assumed it was my headlights when a shorter car was coming at me however I have not been flashed once since installing these - I believe my fog lights were throwing such a wide spread with the LED beam thay they were the culprit. Huge points for this product here. 4. The actual mounting assembly is very close to the OEM and even included a hole for the wiring loom to connect back up to. Check out my picture to see what I'm referring to, but the housings are very similar in shape and size of the plastic itself. 5. Getting back to my HID headlights - these are a nice bright white and match very well to my HID projectors. The lens is a nice the interior assembly looks great and the output is awesome. Additionally the lens cover does say DOT on it - not sure if they're actually certified as we don't nt have inspections around here - but I would think the way it is labeled on there would be enough to slide you through if so. One thing to note is that the black housing is a matte or semi-gloss finish. I originally had chrome projectors on my truck and pulled the cover and removed the chrome with oven cleaner leaving me a nice gloss black finish. Fortunately with the lens cover on the fogs they match up pretty well and puts me much closer to dechroming the front end of my Ram. ... show more

I bought these lights due to the awesome blacked out look and previous reviews stated they had great output so I figured I would try them out. I ordered these on a Monday and received them very quickly. Immediately I removed the factory for lights that are held on by 3 10mm screws and I installed the new lights. Super simple install, the three bolts and just plug into the factory fog light plug. Turn the ignition on and boom, let there be light! The main difference between this set up and my factory housing with the HIDs is that these have a nice straight cut off line and have a super wide spread seeing at least 5 feet of of the side of the road which helps a lot with turning at night and having the light already in the turn lighting the way. The light output is 6000k which right now doesn’t match my 5500k low beam HIDs but I will maybe change the headlights to match the fogs soon. The quality of the light housings are pretty good and everything seems nicely sealed up and should last. Not an exact fit but with a little know-how, these are clean for the money. Very bright. You can put the oem bracket on these lights if you want. If not, top bracket hole could be tie-wrapped ( zip tied) and just fine. 2/3 mounting holes line up which seems plenty to hold them in. Especially considering, most factory fog lights are held with 2 or less. Photo is of fog lights only. Easy install and function. Will report back if moisture occurs. ... show more

As others have said, all of the mounting holes do not line up. Seems plenty secure though with just two attachment points. I do like the look and brightness of these lights. I would purchase again.

I purchased these lights in October of 2020. I loved them. They are super easy to install, and super bright as well. I do not have shaking when driving on normal roads. When on some of the gravel roads in the area there are some shaking and bouncing thats noticeable, but its not a deal breaker by any means. You wont get a smooth ride from lights on a rough road anyways. I have received so many compliments about the lights its awesome. Everyone likes them. In August of 2021 I noticed that the passenger side started to shake a little bit. I crawled under the truck to find the housing was split and the bracket was broke. I logged into amazon to purchase a new set because I love these so much. I noticed they have listed a full year warranty. So instead of ordering a new set I sent a message to the company asking about the warranty and explaining my issues. WITHIN 10 MINUTES I had a response. I sent photos to them and that very night they sent me a replacement set for free. A company that actually stands by their product? I can get behind that! Even if something happens and they break again, I have no problem spending the money to get a new set just because of their awesome customer service and standing behind their product.
