Okay I originally wrote a review for this and now it is not showing up. I've now had the lights installed for a week or 2 so I have some new insight and since I can't see my old review I'm going to assume I didn't post it and start fresh. I've now had these lights for 1-2 weeks and have decided the 1 thing I wasn't totally in love with is actually a good thing. 1. The lights install incredibly easy, 3 pretty easy to access bolts and 1 wire. I do have the chrome bumper so your mileage may vary if you have the sport - but on my Laramie were talking a 10-20 minute job for both sides. I installed these after they sat in my truck all night on 10-20 degree weather so I was a big nervous about the blastic being brittle but no issues whatsoever 2. The lights do not bounce around when I'm driving (as most of you know the oem design isn't ideal and I had pulled mine and drilled thne to place a rubber bushing prior to buying these) and they were aimed basically perfectly right out of the box. I will say here that the spring and that piece of plastic is not as robust looking as oem however given the price of these sorts of things when you look oem this was on par with my expectations. 3. The lights have a nice cutoff - this was actually my only complaint initially because I had already installed led bulbs into my oem housings and I didn't feel these were quite as bright when I was looking at them against the wall - this is where I was wrong - when actually driving the truck hitting the fogs gives me the same illuminated distance as before only they're brighter at that distance (you can see how the light is focused similar to a projector beam in my photo) AND they do not blind others. I've been flashed in the past and always assumed it was my headlights when a shorter car was coming at me however I have not been flashed once since installing these - I believe my fog lights were throwing such a wide spread with the LED beam thay they were the culprit. Huge points for this product here. 4. The actual mounting assembly is very close to the OEM and even included a hole for the wiring loom to connect back up to. Check out my picture to see what I'm referring to, but the housings are very similar in shape and size of the plastic itself. 5. Getting back to my HID headlights - these are a nice bright white and match very well to my HID projectors. The lens is a nice the interior assembly looks great and the output is awesome. Additionally the lens cover does say DOT on it - not sure if they're actually certified as we don't nt have inspections around here - but I would think the way it is labeled on there would be enough to slide you through if so. One thing to note is that the black housing is a matte or semi-gloss finish. I originally had chrome projectors on my truck and pulled the cover and removed the chrome with oven cleaner leaving me a nice gloss black finish. Fortunately with the lens cover on the fogs they match up pretty well and puts me much closer to dechroming the front end of my Ram. ... show more

I'm extremely satisfied with this set of fog lights, first of all they match with the original headlights perfectly, second of all they are Plug and Play with no flickering or engine light or error messages at all and as installment goes, it fit like a glove. Now I really want to talk about the installment since some of the reviews that I saw about installing saids that they are unable to use all three bolts but If you want to be able to install this set without a headache you have to screwed first without tightening all the way the top one follow by the one on the bottom looking to the outside of the fender the same way without tightening all the way and finally the bottom one looking to the inside, once you have all three bolts in, then you start to tightening all three bolts, the package do not comes with instructions but if you follow this pattern you shouldn't have any issues. My truck is a 2017 Ram 1500 Sport, totally recommend if you are planning to keep your original headlights since they match beautifully. ... show more

I like these fog lights, they work really well, they’re a plug and play, easy to adjust the lights too, I have a 2015 ram 1500 big horn, only reason why it’s a 4 star and not 5, because I could only screw in two mounts instead of all 3. That really did upset me, but I tightened the two screws tight enough and they don’t bobble or move, they stay in place just fine. All in all I am pretty satisfied with them ... show more

Put off for a long time thinking they weren’t going to add everyday driving. I was wrong. These are fantastic and fill in 6500k projector headlights on a Laramie perfectly. Look great too. No errors or anything like that. 10x better than led bulbs in the factory ones.

The bracket on these is about 1/2" short of aligning with the factory mounting holes and, whereas the factory bracket is set up for mounting flat, these are set up for a contoured surface. Since they're already here, I'm tired of driving around without fogs, and literally every replacement I see on here appears to be based on the same defectively-designed bracket, I'm just going to retrofit the OEM brackets onto the new LED housings. To do so, I need to 3D print two bushings. One is 13.2 x 16.9 mm and the other 13.8 x 16.9 mm, both 5 mm long. ... show more
