-great shipping as usual from amazon first off came in a decent sized box that was pretty heavy. -assembly was pretty effortless with picture guidance from the manual and minimal parts maybe took 10-15min. -IT IS A BEAUTIFUL CHAIR and worth the little extra ,money for the special edition color imo lol. i was actually shocked at how good it looked in person even after hearing so much about akracing chairs. they really are as quality and sturdy as they say. -very nice recliner that holds my weight with confidence at full recline (i'm 6'1" 185 lbs.) -pillows are way more comfortable than expected and i thought i wouldn't use them but i think they are necessary and offer crazy good support and promotes good posture when sat up straight -wheels roll nice over thick carpet -arm rests are comfortable (but not padded) and adjust nicely really no major complaints. i would highly recommend this chair. was worried the wide version would be too big because normal chairs have been fine for me (6'1" 185 lbs.) but i am glad i didnit makes it a little more wiggle room and makes me feel like a king lol ... show more

I bought this chair after doing a lot of research, and found it was the best for the money. It is very comfortable, and doesn't squeak like cheaper chairs do. Itโ€™s a really amazing chair, took me about 25 mins to put together it comes with gloves so you donโ€™t smudge your prints on the chair while you build which I like they added. The comfort takes you in immediately back pain what I usually got from my office chair seemed to vanish completely. So coming home after work in a comfortable chair is a huge plus in my book. If you're a larger person like me, I was a little worried about this chair until I got it. But be sure you get the EX-Wide or it may be too snug. The EX-Wide is perfect. Actually a little mad at myself that I waited so long to get one of these. This is a great chair. I had to replace the office chair I had been using for a couple of years after it broke. I wanted something that would be sturdy and last. The chair is comfortable. I love it. But I don't know if I was sent a defective one. The armrest is cracked and it's going to start peeling away soon. The right trim piece is loose and there isn't any way to tighten it. For how much this costs I hope that I got a defective one. EDIT: After trying to get a hold of the manufacturer for a few months I gave up and got rid of it. So I'd steer clear just because their customer service in nonexistent. ... show more
