I got this trumpet a month ago. It has a beautiful, full sound that is great for a student trumpet. I was in band as a kid, and my best friend played the trumpet, so I have an idea of what a good student trumpet should sound like. Also, this trumpet comes with an excellent cleaning kit, a mute, and a beginner's book, as advertised. That makes this trumpet package deal an excellent value for money. For the record, I paid $130. In addition, the trumpet is beautiful. I bought the silvery one. Not only is it gorgeous in real life, but it also has pearly tops to the valve keys. It really is quite striking. NOTE: When you go to oil your valves, and you should be oiling your valves and slides, please keep in mind that each valve has a number on it so that you can put it back into the right place. On this trumpet, the numbers should face the mouthpiece. You need to MAKE SURE to have the numbers facing in the correct direction or you will suddenly find that very little or no air is getting through your trumpet. This is a common beginner's mistake. In general, make sure to pull out the valves and slides and clean the spit off them and then oil them on a regular basis. If you have never played a wind instrument before, you will be surprised at how dirty they can get on the inside. The beginner's book that comes with this trumpet is okay. You might want to get a different one and try out different companies. I personally like the Yamaha beginner books the best. However, I started out on this one just fine before ordering myself a Yamaha book. Overall, if you want to learn to play trumpet, this trumpet is a great one to start with. It has great playability and will get you started quickly.

The feeling of the Trump is very professional and you’re making the sound doesn’t feel stressful or strenuous. It makes it easy to blow to play at least one or two or three no very easy to to learn. It’s very responsive the valves fluently it doesn’t. There’s no tension on the vowels and no tension on the instrument. It feels like it feels good. I highly recommended for any level of student, Weather beginner, intermediate or advance, and it feels like it does not feel heavy compared to the other Trump is that I have I feel like I’m carrying a luggage of clothes. Actually this room is very light. It’s very comfortable and very responsive. I love it. I actually like the sound quality I think it’s really good for learning and I highly recommended to anyone. I am not a professional trumpet player as I just started my career and trumpet recently but as Trump and learner, they have over a year. I find this one much easier to learn with than the other trumpet that I have the other trumpet that I have I have to force myself blown, and I have to struggle to get a no sound. This one is very easy and very flexible and it’s easy to get any sound. You decide you just gotta know how to do the amateur for the living room is very good. I give it a five star and I have for the price is awesome.

I bought this horn in June of 2026 for the stupendously low price of $132!! I am 75 years old and have been paying trumpet since I was a kid. I have a some expensive trumpets at home. I ordered this one on a whim since it is so classy looking. I probably have too many trumpets, as do a lot of players. I play in a community band and have been using this one since June. I must say, it sounds as good as my expensive horns, and I really don't get the 16 - 20% of reviewers that say it isn't good. Yes, it's a Chinese product, and YES the produce zillions of cookie cutter horns that professionals poo-poo. Bottom line, the horn is for a beginner. The horn sounds great and everything looks good on it from the water corks, to the springs, to the valves (Monel valves). My point is this; why spend $$ for a rental of a Yamaha, or a Bach for your kid, when this one is $132? What more could you want? Kids are hard on instruments, and if you rent one, you're going to pay for any damage. The case is not good, at least the one that came with this model, but other than that, I love it. Take a chance. I liked it so much, that I bought a Chinese cornet a few months later, and although a different company, the price was still low and it is the same level of quality. Don't discount the Chinese horns for your student musicians. Get one before Trump declares them a national security risk. Not kidding, google that!!!!

I'm just starting to learn the trumpet so I really don't know yet whether this trumpet can produce good sound (at this moment, it definitely doesn't, but that's on me). That said, the instrument seems fine for my purposes and everything arrived in good condition. My only mild complaint is that the delivery was delayed a couple of times and it took a couple of weeks to receive it. Obviously, this wasn't an urgent matter, but for some reason the delivery wasn't as prompt as usual.

My daughter kept having issues with her pre-owned trumpet. So we got this one and not only is it beautiful, it plays beautifully. She’s a beginner but someone who is absolutely in love with music, so this is played multiple times a day. You can’t beat this for the price.

I am a pro-player and enjoy trying these low cost horns sometimes. For a Chinese built horn this isn't bad at all. Feels sturdily built. Valves and slides move well. The satin finish is nice. It also has a noticeably better case than other trumpets in this class. Cons - the heavy leadpipe is kind of a gimmick, to me it doesn't affect the sound much, looks kind of cool, but just kind of makes the horn feel extra heavy. Overall, the intonation and tone is what you'd expect at this price point; its a student horn with ok tuning and tone. The finish and heavy leadpipe don't really help the tuning and tone much. Overall, a cool looking horn for a beginner though.

My GrandDaughter loves it. It has great sound and values work smoothly. Came with everything advertised, in very good brand new condition. The price was exceptional, couldn’t get it anywhere for less. Worth more than what you priced it, We viewed many others that sold and priced a lot more than this one and had many problems, didn’t sound good and were made cheaply. We thank you so very much.
