I was honestly nervous buying this because I’ve had bad luck with window AC units before, but this one has been really good so far. First thing I noticed was how quiet it is. My old AC sounded like a truck starting up every time the compressor kicked on, but this one is way calmer. I can actually sleep through the night without waking up from the noise. It cools my apartment fast too. My living room gets a ton of afternoon sun and this unit has had no problem keeping it comfortable even on hotter days. I mostly use the sleep mode at night and energy saver during the day, and both work really well. I also really like the U-shaped design because it doesn’t completely block the window or make the room feel dark. The remote is easy to use and installation wasn’t bad with another person helping. I love my new air conditioner, my goodness it is so quiet and it cools down my living room and kitchen. I will be purchasing another one. I highly recommend this, except you do need three people cause it is heavy. But it was very easy to install, only took us a few minutes. It is much quieter than I expected and is rapidly cooling my 480 square foot living room/kitchen/dining area open floor plan. It is also a wonderful bonus that I can see out the window again after using a portable unit that blocked a large portion of the view. Our AC unit came in damaged in the back due to fedex shipping. We reached out to let them know, and they kindly sent us another. This window unit kicks butt! It is quiet, powerful, and cools our bedroom down a lot. We love it! Pretty easy to install, too.

no direct contact with suppler. only e -mail no phone number. Unit drains in the house. Lasted 20 minutes the shut down. No power GFI plug seemed ok power to the plug in
