  • Very nice! 👍🏻 Some assembly tips…
Color: Off-white
I bought this shed for gardening tools. It replaces a resin shed that never gave me satisfaction. I was looking for an alternative to galvanized metal or plastic resin sheds. The galvanized ones get dinked easily, have flimsy panels, have sharp edges (and taking the protective plastic film off the surfaces is a real chore). They are inexpensive but look cheap to me. Resin ones never quite fit together. They break easily, especially at the hinges. They’re environmentally terrible (having taken a truckload of waste plastic panels from my earlier shed to the dump…). This one is entirely wood (with a steel frame). It looks like stained pine, and the quality of the wood is pretty good (minimal knits in the wood). I think it looks great once assembled. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I got the light grey one and it looks great. (I think the wood colored one is not as classy). The shed comes with a floor and 2 shelves. The shelves are adjustable and are only half the depth of the shed — so you can store long gardening tools as well. 👍🏻 Packaging (2 boxes) was solid. All the panels are wrapped in protective fabric. All the parts were in the kit, all the hardware (some extra screws…). 👍🏻 Assembly: I assembled by myself. I’m pretty handy around the house. This doesn’t require special skills, just screwing the provided screws. A drill with screwdriver attachment is recommended because of the high screw count. All the panels are stamped with a letter. All hardware comes in labeled bags. The provided panels mount on a solid steel frame. Provides great structural integrity. By and large, the panels are properly toleranced and mount perfectly. Only the doors left some to be desired…. Mine were not completely square… Pre-drilled screw locations in the panels are provided but sometimes hard to see. Look very carefully. 👍🏻 It took me about 4 hours, taking it easy. (That includes having to undo and redo some steps…). Having a helper to hold the doors while fastening them would have been nice (but not absolutely required). Tips: — as you can see in photos, I mounted the shed on some concrete blocks ($2.39 each at Home Depot). I highly recommend this. Firstly, the provided floor is wood and you don’t want wood too close to the earth. Secondly, lifting the shed 8-20 inches off the ground makes it much more ergonomic. Higher to head level and bottom not as low. — the instructions (IKEA-style) are fine but you need to be very careful about the panels’ orientation: up-down, inside-outside, left-right. For every panel look very carefully for the proper orientation, where pre-drilled holes are, whether slats are lining up. Absolutely take the time to do so. Otherwise you’ll have to undo and redo a few steps (thankfully, you can undo-redo later, without having to take the whole thing apart again… — mounting the doors is the only challenging part. They tell you to attach 4 independent door panels to the hinges (and, as mentioned, the door panels are not a perfect fit). I think it’s nearly impossible to without doing the following. Attach the top door panel to the bottom door panel with the provided board. This way, you can make sure the 2 panels on each side are properly aligned. Then you mount the two doors (instead of 4) in the frame. Much easier to line them up. I didn’t want 4 doors, so that worked perfectly for me, but if you prefer 4 independent half-doors (2 on top, 2 at bottom), you can later remove the board that joins the 2 half-doors on each side. You’ll see, much much easier… — the door latch with possibility to add a lock are pretty flimsy. I recommend replacing them with a better latch from the store or Amazon. Some magnetic latches are provided (similar to kitchen cabinet) and these worked great for me. (I don’t need to lock the shed). That’s it. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. Very functional shed that looks good too! ... show more

  • Great looking storage
Color: Brown
I really like these for outside storage. The only problem is that the door latch is not strong enough to hold the doors shut so I use an additional tie on the door handle

  • NOT Weather resistant, NOT raised off the ground. Very cheaply made. Don't believe the reviews.
Color: Brown
First of all--this is absolutely NOT weather resistant. There are massive gaps all around the unit wall and corners. The reviews and photos conveniently don't show the full roof. It's 2 seamed pieces (instead of a solid piece). They have you lay a 6 inch wide piece of plastic down then screw a barely painted 2x1 inche piece of wood down to "weather seal" the roof seam. Secondly, it is NOT raised, at all. It sits flat on the ground. The flooring is also two pieces of cheap, slatted wood with very little support. I wouldn't trust it to hold more than 20 pounds a side without cracking. But most importantly it does not have any weather protection and is not solid. If it rains, and the grounds has any standing water, It will literally raise right through the cheap woods slats and fill your storage shed with water (and mud if your on a sand or dirt yard surface). Look at the photos included and you can see what I mean. They stock photos are cropped to show you the base but show you how it just sits in the dirt. Lastly, the entire construction is cheaply made. Several panels arrived slightly warped in shipping making them barely line up. Things are the most basic, thin metal held on by the tiniest of wood screws. I'm sure these will strip and fail in months. The wood slatted sides, corners, bottom and top to bottom are not sealed or tight in any way. You can see daylight through them all, so they'll allow in dirt, dust, insects and water. There is no weather sealing provided for the roof screws so those will leak water and rot. I really regret buying this. It's not inexpensive and I believe the reviews and sales facts. Sadly I didn't see these misrepresentations until I was 1/3 through assembly. Then what? Am I going to return, send it back at 90+ pounds split between boxes? This item is grossly misrepresented and the 4+ star reviews don't adequately inform you on what you're buying. While this looks good in a photo, don't buy it. The only potential use would be in a garage, maybe. ... show more

  • Really like this shed
Color: Brown
So I'm pretty good at IKEA type assembly and this was much like that. The instructions were good, not great. Getting the orientation of each panel correct is a challenge. Take your time. Do not tighten the screws until the end. You will definitely be unscrewing and redoing some things. The wood is soft so it's easy to screw things together. I still highly recommend a drill or power screwdriver. It took me 4-5 hours by myself to assemble. It was hot out so I took a number of breaks. The Good - Each screw packet came with an extra screw in case you drop one into the grass (never to be found again) - Panels are all marked with a letter code. - Predrilled holes are circled but you have to look closely to find them. - The frame is metal which makes the unit much sturdier. - The roof is made up of 2 panels and each panel is waterproof. Don't forget the clear plastic strip that goes on top over the gap between the 2 panels! The Bad - There are gaps in the side panel slats so this is not water proof. Although I have checked the insides after a few rainstorms and my interior did not get wet. - Doors were somewhat challenging. I assembled the top and bottom door panels before I hung them. A little shim at the bottom helped get them aligned. The screws did not line up with the predrilled holes but that wasn't really an issue. - The instructions had some wrong wording in a few sections but it was pretty obvious what the correct thing to do was. All in all I'm really happy with this shed. ... show more
