Purchased July 30. Working well. Last week it just stopped. Plugged in different outlets. Gone Bye Bye. Wish I could get refund. Lost couple of cords so taking as another big waste of money. Yep explained customer service nope knowing it’s not working not able to refund. Happy I was honest as lost cord. Did report. Very disappointed Product was defective. Will not invest in another one.

This review may change after some use. But it fits fairly well in my wheelchair, though not perfectly. The controls are on the right, which is the side that I use, so I like that. I like the timer feature with different settings. The vibration is good and strong. It’s pretty comfortable so far. But, I don’t like that there’s no continuous massage mode, it’s rather loud, and it doesn’t come with instructions.

The seat part of the chair pad is extreme like burn your leg off extreme however there is literally no heat on the back portion of the pad. The massaging unit works great but is rather loud. I have a hard time hearing my customers over the phone when it's on. Also I am assuming it's the heating element or one of the massaging units in the bottom portion of the chair pad is rather large and you can't sit on it for very long because it gets very painful on your thigh or back of leg because it sits up high and bites into your leg. Overall I am not satisfied with this unit and would have returned it but my husband accidentally burned the box it was shipped in. Super fast shipping though.
