So, this is not a shower in your house. It doesn’t have the pressure or flow rate you’ll get from your dual-headed massaging shower in your McMansion. But it’s small, fairly light, and makes HOT water FAST. It’s plenty comfortable for a camp shower and will run indefinitely. Takes about 20 seconds to heat up and start pumping warm water. It worked ok ... twice. Third time, it did not ignite. Attached it to a fresh propane tank, same result. Unfortunately, the third time was past the return window. Expensive trash. Look elsewhere.

Bought this water heater and the first one I received was defective. I got in touch with the company and they helped immediately. They were conceded with what happened and decided it was best to replace it. They communicated the entire time to let us know what was going on. When we got the new one, my husband installed it and it has been great. We haven’t had any issues with it, except the flame goes out when it’s windy. Far better than the RV shower. Our house was destroyed by Hurricane Ian and we’ve parked an RV in the driveway while we wait to rebuild. This conveniently fit nicely in an existing outdoor shower that is no longer functional. Easy to setup. Easy to use. Nearly limitless hot water.

    • It works. Yippee, But
Edit 3/31/23: the shower head lasted about 2 times. The metal has come unraveled from around the hose. When you turn the water on the hose starts to bulge like it may burst. Other than that being poorly made this heater has been very nice. Very excited to have this. I unpacked it and had it together and tested in about 30 minutes. The directions weren't the best but it's pretty self explanatory and if your familiar with using propane tanks then you will have no problem. It is a little heavier than I thought it would be but that's ok. The lower the water pressure the hotter it gets. The short time I tested it I could only get the temp up to 99 if I had the water on max. As I lowered the flow i got it up to 110 which is way to hot for me. I find 105 to 108 is the perfect temp. I bought this for a few reasons. 1. My propane tank at home has tipped over because of gophers and until I get someone out to put it on a foundation I have no hot water. Now I can take a warm outdoor shower. 2. I love camping and this will be a wonderful comfort to bring a long. 3. My dogs can get a bath outdoors now and I don't have to dirty up my tub. I think my only issue will be finding a way to mount it for my different purposes and locations. A shepherd hook doesn't feel strong enough and the handle is straight making it easy for the heater to slide/tilt left or right. Only a minor issue which I will resolve. ... show more

I bought this item in May 2023 y for bathing my dogs outside. By Labor day weekend, I had no water pressure coming from the unit. Of course, the refund return window had closed through Amazon. I contacted the manufacturer... I sent them a video and they reply to me with "You have a leaky hose, the shower hose isn't one that came with it." An excuse for everything. I am not getting any support from them. I would think twice about buying from this company. Although, when it did work, it was great. ... show more

Water can reach dangerous heat levels . I reached out to them and their response is that you can not control it. Not safe for showering !
