This small dishwasher arrived on time and was fairly easy to set up. For me, a single guy living alone, its perfect. I did need to get parts to be able to plumb it into the sewer and water hookups and it wasn't too difficult to install, with some basic handyman skills. The unit works beautifully. It is quiet, and looks good especially when it is running. It does take some time; I just run it overnight and have clean -- really clean -- dishes in the morning. I have really hard well water where I live, and I love that throwing some water softener salt into the water softener part gets my glasses spotless, which is more than I can say for washing them in the sink.     • Finally, a Dishwasher That Fits My Needs

My wife kept complaining about running the main dishwasher half-empty, but she didn't want to hand-wash those few dishes either. So, we got this AIRMSEN countertop unit for the smaller loads. I'm giving it a five-star rating because, for its size and cost, it completely solves that problem and does a remarkably good job of cleaning. My favorite part about this thing is the "no hookup needed" feature. We just pour the water into the top. It was meant for apartments or RVs, but for us, it means I don't have to deal with connecting hoses to the faucet. It’s truly portable; I just fill it up, hit a button, and it takes care of a surprising amount of plates, mugs, and bowls. It's perfect for when my two daughters, 11 and 13, use dishes all day for snacks but don't generate a full load. It saves us a lot of water and energy compared to firing up the big unit. The little screen and controls are straightforward, and the child lock is a good idea when you have curious hands around. My main dislike, and this is true for all these small units, is the size limitation. You have to be smart about what you load. Forget big serving bowls or full-sized cutting boards—they just won't fit. Also, while it cleans well, you definitely need to rinse off the heavy scraps first, more so than with a full-sized machine. If you treat it like a serious piece of machinery, loading it strategically and scraping dishes, it works like a charm. I ordered this countertop dishwasher as a gift for my in-laws, who rent a small home that doesn’t have a built-in dishwasher, and they absolutely love it! It’s the perfect solution for anyone who doesn’t want to mess with plumbing or permanent installations. They were able to set it up right on their counter and start using it immediately with the built-in water tank. The water softener keeps their dishes spotless and prevents buildup, and the delay start option is perfect for running cycles at night. This dishwasher is an ideal option for anyone who wants to save time and energy when washing dishes. It doesn’t waste much water and it heats up the water enough to sanitize as well. Not to mention, it has an affordable price tag that will fit into anyone's budget. ****Note For Anyone Experiencing The Following Problem: Upper Spray Arm Not Turning**** So I started experiencing a slight problem about 3-4 months into using the dishwasher. The upper spray arm would stop rotating during the cleaning cycle. I emailed the company and they offered the following remedy: The most common culprit as to why the upper spray arm isn't moving is that debris has built up within the inner workings of the upper spray arm. To fix this, remove the lower tray of the dishwasher to freely access the upper spray arm. Then remove the upper spray arm by turning the large screw by hand. After it's removed, clean out any debris that has wrapped around the mounting area for the spray arm. This is usually food particles, hair, and other general buildup. Then check the spout nozzles for any blockages. Use a toothpick or a sharp stick to unclog the individual outlets. Then rinse with water to clean out the dirty things in the spouts. Make sure that each outlet is not clogged and re-install the spray arm using the large screw. Please note that the spouts must be facing down. After installation, first manually rotate the spray arm by pushing the upper spray arm with your finger to check whether it runs smoothly.
