Before putting in my fireplace, I plugged it in to see how it looked, and it was perfect. The price is perfect for what you could expect from faux insert for your fireplace. My issue and the reason why I had to return it: needed to its own circuit breaker and did not want to spend the money on that

Make sure you give enough room for rear exhaust if blocked or covered could burn out motor
Works great turned it on to test it out immediately logs were glowing then switched to heater and also immediately it was blowing out heat very satisfied with this product

Nice size,Looks awesome
We have an old fireplace that we don’t use but is a focal point in our living room. I usually just stack logs in it for looks, then I had the idea to add more life to the lonely neglected fireplace by adding a faux log heater to it. Looks amazing and adds so much more character and ambiance to the room. No installation required just plug in and enjoy. The size is just right, not too small that it gets lost in a larger fireplace, the scale is pretty good for this purpose. Quality seems good, it looks better than most faux log heaters. This is such a nice looking option for a space heater and helps take the chill out of the room. Our fireplace chimney is boarded off inside to keep the draft out, this is wonderful for those cooler evenings.

Nice flame color with somewhat fussy control panel
I’ve been wanting to try one of these for ages! We have a wood burning fireplace but I don’t love the hassle of cleaning it or dealing with possible smoke in the house. I was surprised initially that this wasn’t heavier. It’s substantial, not flimsy, but not overly heavy. It definitely cranks out heat, although aside from the timer I find the control panel SUPER fussy and not very intuitive. This makes it more challenging to get the exact settings you want. I’ll figure it out but it seems unnecessarily complicated. I also don’t love that it says “ON”, although again that could be a setting that I need to figure out. The flickering light definitely gives off the look and ambiance of a wood fire. The remote control is somewhat simpler to use than the display on the unit. If you have to buy firewood, this could pay for itself in just a few uses. I am excited to have a way to use our fireplace now that’s just easy, we will use it so much more often now! And don’t have to worry about heating going out of the chimney, closing the flue etc.

Beautiful Electric Fireplace Heater
1) Picture 1 shows the fireplace out of the packaging. 2) Picture 2 shows a closeup of the controls on the fireplace insert. 3) Picture 3 shows the remote with batteries that came with it. 4) I have been searching for an electric fireplace heater for some time now and this does fill the order. What attracted me to this one was the safety plug and the additional overheating protection. I have read on so many reviews of other electric fireplaces how the cord seems to get very hot and with this one it doesn't. Should it ever, it has safety features to address the issue. When turned on the different 3D affects just add to the beauty of this fireplace. It heated my entire living room within a short time and kept it nice and warm till I turned it off. I'm glad it came with a remote because even though it does have a control panel, as you can see in the picture, the remote is always nice to have. It works great, and I can set the timer from it and walk away without having to worry about it running forever. Overall, this is the perfect electric fireplace for anyone just wanting to add some warmth and ambient lighting to their space.
