I haven’t used the rotisserie yet but everything else and it works great. Excellent fries and chicken wings and fast! Easy to clean, take the door off to clean inside and trays can go in dishwasher! Set your own time and temperature when there is no preset. Bacon cooks up fast and crisp. Toast buns, etc easily. The only con I have, is that the screen trays don’t always stay in place. They might have warped a little or the rotisserie adapter on the sides get in the way, or perhaps not precision made. But I manage that drawback okay.     • Haven't even had it a year and it dies with no warning.
Bought this last November, was great until just now when it shut off mid rotation basket frying. No errors, nothing when I open and close it, house breaker is just fine. Just completely dead. Check the manual which says to contact support to which it appears there is no means to contact. The website that is "maybe" them has spelling mistakes and a non functional contact us button so probably not even them there. Edit: Finally got in contact with the seller through Amazon. Seller did right by me. Before it broke, the fryer was great, rotisseries were great and the basket was great for pizza rolls and the like. Used it in tandem to my oven while cooking large meals. Here's hoping newer versions with out this weird error that has hit a lot of us in the reviews. ... show more

    • Not bad for such a small unit
This is my second air fryer purchase. This one is square, and quite small. It comes with a great booklet of recipes with a timing chart in the back, very useful. There are three trays, but I consider the top one unusable for anything but toast or cookies. The middle one works for me. The issue I have is that when I pull something out, the rack comes forward and down so that it dumps the food. I have to be very careful to prevent that from happening. Given the opportunity, I would choose a larger oven, but this one will do. ... show more

Lasted 9 months until it randomly stopped working. Bought October 2022. Died July 2023. Saw other reviews corroborating less-than-year-old-death and knew I wasn't alone. Works fine when alive. Spend a little more get a little more I guess. Would also spend more for a size bigger than 12qt. Will not fry a whole chicken like the picture suggests. ... show more

I loved this. Purchased in Nov 2022. Yesterday July 16 2023 it stopped working mid cycle. I plugged it into other outlets, did troubleshooting...nothing worked. Please contacte about a replacement or refund.
