Totally love this portable air conditioner. On my first floor I have close to 1300 ft.² and vaulted ceilings. When I read the reviews for this particular AC, I thought that it could only cool down 350 ft.². I have no separation in my first floor. Everything is open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, and it’s doing an amazing job in cooling down this entire floor! I think it also helps that it’s sitting on top of the island. There’s nothing obstructing the flow of air and I also bought the extra piece the accessory for my sliding glass door, I have a bucket For the drain and I have a piece of packaging from the box that I got the AC from actually holding up the EXHAUST hose , if you look, that’s what you’ll see with the barstool . I’M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. TRYING TO KEEP MY ELECTRICITY COST DOWN MY BIG AC TO COOL DOWN A 3000 Square-foot house can be quite expensive so I take this and just in the main room that I use is the only thing that I cool down saving big time on money love love love this thing and I highly recommend it

Love the size and the fact that it's not loud for me. The only problem is the small hose for the water to be removed is lower than it should be to remove the water properly so the unit doesn't shut off. That is a good feature though, that if the unit can't remove the water then it will shut off. If the line was higher than where it is at the bottom, say 1/3 of the way up higher you could put the hose in a bucket. But for this review the air is cold and blows even and is cold which is good for what we need right now. I would purchase this unit again.

After my first review the company reached out to me wanting to fix the problem. They stated that they sent out a replacement because the unit I had was defective. Well the replacement was never received. I reached out to the company asking for a tracking number but they didn’t supply it. My first review still applies, do not purchase anything from this merchant. The unit a purchased did not work and they never sent a replacement

Unfortunately cannot recommend this one. First few days seem to cool just fine. Only used for a short time each time, not like we ran it for hours, maybe half hour the most at one time. After that the compressor seemed to not want to kick in and cool, even after letting it run a few minutes and lowering the temp to 70, the compressor would start for only few seconds and then shut off blowing out hot air. Even after turning off and doing all the troubleshooting steps it did not resolve the compressor issue . I believe to be defective and returning.
