I've only had it for 2 days, but it seems to work well. I did have trouble getting the exhaust vent into the window plate because the bottom of the plate sits below the level of the window frame. So as you can see in the photo, I put a block of foam under the window plate and that lifted it up for a better connection and allowed the plate to adjust slightly more freely so that there were no leaks. The only bad part is that it is extremely noisy!

This states that it cools off 750 square feet and it does not cool that size area! The product is loud the installation was not easy, the vents were very hard to install in the attachments I would not pay this price for this unit again not worth the money! The appearance of the product is of the air goes up to the ceiling and I do not recommend this product!

The AC is just what it was supposed to be. Works great and cools the space. A little louder than I wanted but it's not in the room that its cooling. The fan is very strong and throws the cool air about 24 feed. Their customer service is awesome. the exhaust hose came with a some of the plastic rubbed off by the metal rings. Costumer service took care of this very quickly.

The unit is well constructed, has a nice aesthetic and provides the expected cooling to a small room fast. The thermostat works properly, and everything can be controlled from the remote control. I am happy with the unit and will keep it since the price is affordable for 12,000 BTU a/c and it does the job. However, don't expect it to be quiet. It's pretty noisy and having it in your bedroom could disrupt your sleep. The window installation is not difficult but requires some extra insulation material to cover the openings. Finally, I am unhappy with the fact that a 12-month payment plan was offered, but not honored at the end, causing me to dispute the full amount that Amazon is charging me.

We really like this portable A/C unit. It blows really nice cold air and if your looking to cool a room or help cool your RV I do recommend this unit The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the ad states it cools up to 700 sq ft. That is a stretch. We full time RV and we needed to supplement our RV for this crazy Texas heat, which it does help 100% and I realize an RV is not insulated but it’s only 250 sq ft , with that said I’m very confident it would not substantially cool a 700 sq ft room/ house, but I purchased this unit knowing it would not cool the whole RV. We bought it to help our 2 roof ACs So in closing if you are looking to cool a room, supplement your home AC or help your RV A/Cs this is a very good unit If you are looking for it to cool a small house of 700 sq ft you will be disappointed
