This bike is very tall! My husband is 5’8” and had difficulty getting on and off this bike. Wanted to send it back (because seller states this bike is ok for anyone over 5’7”) but shipping cost is $500. 3rd party seller will not prepay shipping! Otherwise, this bike is a good, sturdy bike for anyone that is tall enough to ride it. It rides well. I have the M1 version and have enjoyed riding it. ... show more

got this bike in june 2024 and today it stop working oct 30 2024 we contacted them they said they would send a part~ this bike was for my son and was important tool for him to have as he was a college student. (UPDATE) nov 30th 2024 the part didnt work ...the power port for the battery is what is needed and we been waiting 2 weeks for the correct part ..meanwhile he has had to pay for taxi for a month and its been costly and BIG inconvenience as the bike has been unusable for a month now. UPDATE Dec 19 2024 finally got the part needed and bike now working ....son happy to have his bike back. ~ty for sending part ... show more

I bought the Aipas A4 for my wife and the M2 for myself. We are both in our 60s and bought these bikes to facilitate getting back in shape which is happening, we feel so much better. They arrived as promised, and assembling them was a breeze. The bike quality and battery life are excellent. Very comfortable and easy to get used to. We have a house at the beach so we started riding there. It’s a 27 mile barrier Island and the roads are straight, so we got real comfortable with all the features quick. Our son lives in Knoxville Tennessee and we bought a dual bike rack with a ramp and the walk mode makes it easy to load. Knoxville is a very bike friendly area and we our both impressed with the power. We are so happy with our purchase and highly recommend any of their bikes. ... show more
