While I am pleased overall with the bike, the buying process was just the worst I have experienced on Amazon since 1996. The electronics failed on the bike withing 48 hours, and I contacted seller immediately. It took almost two weeks to receive the new part (had to be shipped from China since there were no parts available domestically). Seller sent a video link to watch so I could perform the repair myself, which I never would have been able to complete unless I was extremely mechanically inclined. He offered to rebate me $30 for my "inconvenience" which he stiffed me on. I chose to replace the part myself because I figured he would stiff me on the repair bill as well. Throughout the process, seller seemed to have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I was able to get the bike functioning again, we'll know soon enough if it lasts longer than 48 hours this time. The bike itself probably deserves a stronger review, but the seller ruined the experience for me. I'd avoid this product based on the customer support, broken promises, and slow response time alone. UPDATE: the seller has contacted me and cleaned up the issues I was having. To be clear, I never had an issue with the bike itself, it was their customer service that dropped the ball. The new control module is still functioning as expected after 300 miles with no issues noted. The bike is a solid value, and I would easily expect it to perform as well or better than bikes costing twice as much. I had an inner tube flat replaced at a local bike shop and even they commented on how "nice" the bike was. No issues noted since the control module fix, and I am thoroughly enjoying the bike. I would re-purchase without hesitation, especially knowing that they have upgraded their customer service department. I am confident that if something went wrong, they would quickly respond and "make it right". Overall great value. Buy with confidence. Highly recommend.

I would like to start off by saying I’m extremely picky before I make any outstanding purchases. I do my homework and research. I do read reviews watch videos on YouTube check out the stores main page customer service, etc.. Because well, we are spending a lot of money and we want something that is right After reviewing multiple reviews on this product, I was at a standstill. The majority were good, but some negative reviews here and there really caught my attention and made me wonder if I should purchase it. After holding off for about a month or two and continuing to look up more reviews, I finally took the chance to say screw it. I’m going to risk it and if I don’t like it oh well, I’ll figure it out then. Let me just start off by saying I was expecting this bike one week later it came and arrived at about two days. The packaging on this product is absolutely the best I have ever seen anywhere extremely meticulous, packaging, and wrapping If major stores could take pointers from these guys, we would have so many happy customer customers in that field. Aside from that the product is 1000% worth it I am 6 foot 314 pounds. And let me tell you this thing drives to 35 to 38 mph when unlocked. It’s not needed in my opinion 20 to 25 mph is beautiful cruising speed, But if you want a little more you got it . The style is sleek and amazing. I opted for the black one. Simply because I didn’t want to be recognized much. I didn’t want people saying all here. He goes with that guy in the blue biker green bike. Most people have a black bike.I just want to blend in. Anyways, the bike is pretty freaking heavy. I’m a strong guy now I have back problems but even so I still say it’ll take a bit of effort. I do take it up 18 steps of stairs every single day so I do have to carry it. You could definitely tell it weighs 100 pounds I’ve purchased oversized large mirrors for it a rear basket. I purchased another cell phone holder because I really don’t like the one that comes with it. Some extra inner tubes in case the originals get punctured I got my air compressor towards us to change anything if I need to on the road Man, it’s been years since I’ve been on a bike and I’ve been wanting an E bike for a while. I said screw it. I bought this one and let me tell you it’s the best purchase I’ve ever done This thing is so much fun. I mainly use it for the city, but I’m able to keep up with some traffic on the main roads keep in mind. It only goes up to 35.. The mile range I haven’t really tested to see if it goes fully 85 mile range. The booklet does state that the test were done with a person who weigh an average of 145 pounds. So I’m double that way I can logically stay in with common sense understand that the mile range is probably going to be cut in half Even so, I drive it on a full throttle or full speed about 14 miles and that leaves me with half battery so I’d say maybe the full battery range had full throttle unlocked for a heavy shed person like myself will probably be around 30 miles Which is like I said, logical since some double the weight and a lot taller than that test people Anyway, purchase the damn thing you’re gonna love it you won’t regret it just be honest and leave the sellers a nice review because they went out of their way to make sure we got something good we should respond accordingly I’m an honest person I could’ve said it never arrived but the truth is it did arrive and I’m happy with the purchase and I’m happy making my payments Can’t wait for the next one and looking forward to losing weight so I can end up riding a faster bike sometime down the road lol

I spent a few month searching for the perfect bike for me, experienced bicyclist and a harley, now 70 years old, 5'11". I wanted confort long rides with peddle assist. Aipas M2 pro came top from 6 selections. I received the bike yesterday and started unpacking and assembly following a youtube directions from a great video. 4 hours, straight forward, all parts in good conditions went in like a charm. charged the battery overnight and took it for first ride this morning. simple, straight forward, intuitive, controls and handling. 25mph is all my personal confort could take. smooth acceleration, shock absorbers, and enjoyed the ride. it's what I looked for in a bike.
