Bicycle arrived three days early in perfect condition, I ordered the model with the front and rear baskets and they arrived three days after. I found it easy to assemble,(I had a friend assist me). Charged the battery, aired up the tires and took it for a short ride. It rides really comfortable and has more than enough power for the way I ride. The brakes were adjusted along with the derailleur, shifted well, down shifting is a little stiff but it's not a problem. The brakes work well and provide enough stopping power, again for the way I ride which is mostly paved roads and pretty much flat terrain. It seems well made and very sturdy for a step thru frame, the light is bright and it has a button to turn it on and off which is really nice to me ,also the horn is activated by a button . I almost forgot to mention it has turn signals on the rear light which is really nice. All in all it is a very good, well made electric bicycle. And yes, I would buy it again and recommend it as well.

This is a very well built bike. A lot of bike for your buck. Took about 30 mins to setup out of the box. This bike has a great range. Went riding with my friends and got 35 miles and my battery was still on Full bars. I was on PAS 1 and 2. Even the stock spring gives the bike a comfort that I dont have with my regular bike. I have back issues and the shock makes bumps easy on the back. I love this bike. I have rode 135 miles in 5 days. Very satisfied with this bike.

So far we've been out on them twice and we've had 4 flat tires. Green bike got one before we even left the property. We tried slime thinking it would help and so far hasnt. We bought more tubes, and plan to use old tubes between tire and new tube and im looking for better desert terrain tires. Everything else has been easy and working great. Just tires have been an issue. Im also 5"5.5 so im right at size limit and the bike leans forward for me. Its fine, just feels more like im constantly leaning forward. I also cant touch the ground when stopped so I also make sure to be prepared for that Battery has been good. Holds a good charge and is lasting good so far.

This Aipas M1 Pro electric is a very good value for the money. Because of the dual suspension rides are very comfortable. The bike has a Shimano seven speed selector that works well. My first fat tire bike that ads to more comfort. The electric motor has more than enough power to get you there and back with no worries. I do ride everyday and would recommend this bike to someone looking for a reliable bike for the money.

Unreliable - constant problems

We purchased this bike for our college-aged son for a replacement for his primary form of transportation to school and work in April 2026. His previous bike had almost no issues in over 2 years. This new bike worked well for the first 3-4 months and we have had CONTINUOUS problems since then with it mostly out of commission for the past 3 months waiting for replacement parts and fixing flat tires (3 flats this week!!!) The bike is ridden mostly on paved trails and sidewalks not terrain that warrants such frequent tire issues. The bike is also extremely heavy to transport for bike repair. Overall extremely disappointed for a $1k bike. Wishing we would have chosen a different bike! Would not recommend!

This is my first experience with an e-bike and I am totally impressed! The quality was evident from when I first opened the box. The engineering is first class. Every part fits perfectly. The design is thoughtful, with many small details included. Assembly instructions are clear and complete. The operating instructions are thorough and easy to understand. I called customer service when I had two questions and it was a surprisingly good experience - my call was answered by a knowledgeable person who answered my questions easily. Regarding the bike operation, I am very happy with this bike. Mostly I ride off road and use the bike for hunting. It has plenty of power for rough or hilly places. Speed is not important to me, but on pavement 25 mph is easy to achieve and is not the maximum possible. The dual suspension system is very comfortable on rough roads. The battery life seems more than adequate for my needs. After 25 miles on a full charge, I got the first indication the charge had dropped, and I am riding with the accelerator only, not peddling. I would guess a battery charge will last at least 50 miles without peddling. The walk assist mode works surprisingly well - you don’t have to walk at a set speed, assistance is gives at whatever speed you choose to walk. I like the step through design, which makes it easier to mount and dismount. The brakes are not hydraulic, so it takes a bit longer to stop, but that’s not hard to get used to. Overall I am totally happy with this bike and don’t know what I would change about it.
