    • Disappointing eye relief, but you get what you pay for
I had an old generation Aimpoint 3XMag and decided to try the 3X-C out for the better glass clarity. When I got the 3X-C, I noticed that the eye relief was disappointly low even compared to the old gen 3XMag. Compared to the 3XMag using the same flip to side mount, I had to move my red dot back one spot since I have a Knights Armament high rise mount that combines the red dot with the magnifier. The glass clarity is very good however, and is better than the older 3XMag. I just decided to upgrade to the 3XMag-1 and the eye relief is much better. And given that the 3X-C is much cheaper than both the older 3XMag and 3XMag-1, can’t complain too much and the 3X-C is still a good value. ... show more

glass is decent and product is nothing more or less then advertised. I did totally dent the outter metal ring on the forward lense but still works perfect. eye relief sucks but is what I expected. would recommend
