The coat fit as expected and works pretty well however the hood does not come down enough so rain will hit your face. Wear a hat in my opinion. The pockets are not deep enough so do not trust your phone to stay dry. Bottom line is it will do the job as intended, but keep your phone inside your pants pocket and wear a hat or hood underneath the coat so you can see better.

I have used the garment several times. It is currently stuffed in its little sack at the bottom of my favorite backpack (EDC). I ordered a size larger for added length and room to layer. I am pleased with it so far. If I wanted perfection I might ask for more ventilation and breathable fabric, but plastic is expected and acceptable. It gets a bit swimmy in high heat. On a side note, it makes a fine ground cloth when the rain stops.
