This basketball hoop was better than expected based on some reviews I had seen. First off it took some time to build,id recommend ratcheting wrenches to make things easier,its came with standard wrenches but it'll take longer,2nd you'll definitely need some help. This hoop is extremely sturdy and the backboard size is perfect and mimics a gym size backboard,the hoop we had before had a small backboard so this is a major upgrade. The adjustable height is perfect,I have a 9yr old who plays on the 10ft courts and a 5yr old who plays on the 8ft courts and is easily adjusted by an ADULT or teen. The box came with all the needed parts and like I mentioned before also came with wrenches,overall my son and daughter love this court and they seem motivated to get in some work,highly recommend this hoop. ... show more

*edit (a full refund was given by manufacturer, so I changed from 3 to 4 star as the company contacted me and went through every step possible to help me out. Makes you feel good👍🏻) At first everything seemed well made, came w all parts, cost a ton of money, etc. Unfortunately some of the support beams were not shaped correctly so I had to spend several hours trying to bend the poles, and get it to fit together. The poles were so horribly shaped that it barley fit together. If I wasn’t a mechanic w my own shop at home, this would’ve been impossible to build. There’s no way a person could’ve built this w the tools given. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, wouldn’t buy again. The 4 hours it took to assemble was just ridiculous *one week later (all hardware has rusted!!) ... show more

The unit blew over and the rim was bent - customer service was amazing. A new rim was going to take 40 days, so they sent me a complete new system! The pole is solid and heavy duty. The ball return panel is nice. The ability to raise and lower the rim has been fantastic for my son. Overall a good solid hoop system backed by stellar customer service. I was able to put this together with one additional person in about 2 1/2 hours. It came with a wrench set but I also used my own ratchet set as well. I think the product is sturdy and seems to be great for my two young kids. I would suggest getting weights before hand as I did not realize they would be needed to keep the base stable. Very easy to change the heights with the adjustable arm, it may be harder for kids to adjust the height though. ... show more

Instructions aren’t the most detailed & 3 months in all of the screws are rusted as well as the net is orange from rust. Expected that the screws would be stainless steel. Pictures on the instructions could have had more details to make it easier to put together.

We ordered the adjustable hoop, got it all put together and it wasn’t angled straight we couldn’t figure it out. We contacted the seller and they even sent photos of exactly what we needed to do to fix the issue it took 5 minutes to fix! While we were trying to figure it out we noticed a crack on the headboard (the plastic on the very top) I let them know this as well and they sent a replacement that arrived in a few days!! Very sturdy hoop, easy to put together just organize your bolts before you start putting it together it will save you a lot of time! Will definitely purchase this one again IF it ever needs replaced but I don’t think it will anytime soon! ... show more

We’ve had this net in our backyard for going on 2 months now and play on it for hours almost every night. No complaints, it’s quality material, easily adjustable between the heights of the rim and backboard, and has easy instructions for assembly to follow. Overall a decent product.
