My new set of AILUROPODA nylon knives is exactly what I needed. For several reasons. I wanted an all purpose nylon knife my husband could use in our teflon pans without slicing the non stick coating, for our older grandchildren to have a knife they could be safer with in the kitchen with us, as it has a dull tip, and for slicing bread. I just tried slicing day old bread and it worked well, using the larger of the two knives. You will still need a traditional knife for slicing warm bread, but these nylon knives filled a void in our kitchen. I am very pleased. We will try the knives this week in our non stick pans, and I will update this review if we have any unforeseen issues. Highly recommend.
