Down pillows are extremely expensive and don’t seem to maintain their quality over time, with feathers popping out and the encasing stretching. These, however, I’ve purchased twice now and they are freaking awesome. They’ve become softer over time and have provided great neck support. This pillow hits the mark! Enough fill to be supportive while also soft enough to sink into a bit. I tried several other pillows -- even willing to drop some $$ -- and this is the clear winner. I've been sleeping with it for a few months now and no hip, shoulder, or neck pain. Woo-hoo!

I have been searching for hotel-like pillows forever. For some reason they always seem to be the most comfortable for me and I sleep like a baby. These pillows were the closest thing to it on a budget. The fabric stays nice and cool as well. To the touch it has a great fluffiness however, I think you need 2 of these for it to equal the same fluffiness of 1. Once you rest your head on 1 you can feel the fluffiness, but it goes flat. Doesn't stay as fluffy as I thought it would. It's only half of the comfortability I was looking for. It's a shame because I bought these on sale, one for myself and my husband and I don't want spend money again.

I originally purchased these pillows looking for a happy medium. My husband likes semi firm pillows and I like soft pillows that I can scrunch up as I sleep on my side. I ordered these hoping it’d be just that - somewhere in the middle. They arrived well packaged without any smell. I threw them in my dryer on ‘air fluff’ for 15 mins. They came VERY fluffy and full. Almost too full. Felt exactly like a hotel pillow. Very luxurious, good quality feel. A comfortable firm and great amount of support initially without pain on our ears or neck. I was very satisfied. UPDATE: However, months later, my husband and I kept tossing and turning throughout the night and we couldn’t quite pin point what the issue was. We replaced our mattress so we knew that wasn’t the issue. I then realized our pillows were noticeably flatter. I gave them a few puffs of the hand, which sadly helped temporarily until our heads lied on it again. Then I said let me throw these back in the dryer on ‘air fluff’ like I had when I originally purchased them. It unfortunately fluffed up initially but still went flat as soon as our heads lied down. We did loose a couple of feathers sparingly on occasion. But I still can’t imagine it being enough feathers for it to be the reason on why it went flat. I’m just not quite sure what happened. But were ultimately disappointed as the pillows didn’t seem to last a year.

These pillows are quite firm, so if that's not what you're looking for, they might not be for you. I am a side sleeper and I position this pillow between my legs to better align my hips while on my side. They work perfectly for this purpose.
