This is amazing. Warms up in just 3 minutes and cooks in 3 minutes. We love it! My 14-year-old son uses it daily. Wipes clean with a paper towel. The only problem we have is that it is too narrow for Franz bread and isn’t height adjustable. It pushes the top piece of bread off a little.

We had this for a couple months and took really good care of it. It scratched overtime and became toxic. Not worth the money and definitely not good for your health after some time. My suggestion would be to get one with removable plates so you can properly clean the machine and it will last longer over time. ✍️ edit: the company was really kind and reached out hoping to make it right, they said they would show pictures of the scratches to the manufacturer so it won’t happen again. This is a good company that wants to fix any mistakes and I feel that’s a good company in my eyes ... show more

    • 2nd time used and it is now scratched

At first, I really liked this and it's small size. But, the 2nd time I used it, I scratched the cooking surface making a grilled cheese sandwich, with a butter knife. It now has a 4" scratch right down to the metal. Very disappointed with it because of that. I find it hard to believe how easy it was to scratch in todays world. Most non-stick cooking surfaces are very hard to scratch. If you buy this, I highly recommend that you NEVER use any metal utensil with it. Only use wood or plastic. Of course, that now means that every time I cook on it, I will now have 2 dirty utensils, one metal to spread butter, etc. and a second plastic one to remove the sandwich from it. Also, normal sized bread is slightly too big for it. In trying to rotate the sandwich so that all of it was evenly toasted is how I scratched it. I don't know if you can return a scratched appliance like this to Amazon. ... show more

Nice little grill. Heats up quickly and the depth keeps it from having runoff when cooking things like hamburgers. Does a great job toasting rolls. Major complaint with latch design! It keeps popping off, yes, its easy to pop back on but it's a poor design. It could be extended in the back and a locking screw installed. At some point the plastic will fatigue and break or pop off and bounce into parts unknown. Non stick is OK but it's still new and I doubt it will last very long. Good points are it does great sandwiches. It quickly cooks any frozen items I've tried quickly and with crispy results without heating up the house so I use it almost daily. ... show more
