What I like about this side board is that it’s sturdy and looks very nice after assembled. What I didn’t like was it took a long time for me to put it together. The instructions were good but there were so many steps. 4 of the draw fronts had slight imperfections but the company responded to me quickly. They sent me 2 of the draw fronts and offered a credit for the other 2 because that size was out of stock. I was never notified how much credit I was getting or if the credit was issued. Took about 6 hours to assemble. Way too many flimsy pieces. And very cheap material.. the draws have cardboard bases .. looks great but way too flimsy to hold anything

I waited months for this item to become available after first seeing it on Amazon. Once received, the first thing I notices was a chip on the top of the item. However, because of the enormous size of the item, I overlooked this visible flaw. Things only got worse as a lot of the pre-drilled holes did not match the fit of the screws and dowels. Once the item was fully assembled. One of the drawers was pre-cut much smaller than the space the drawer slides into preventing the drawer from staying on the tracks. Thereby making one top drawer unusable. Lastly, one of the knobs was stripped so I couldn't use it. If this wouldn't have been such a nightmare to disassemble (hundreds of pieces) and so heavy to carry, I would have definitely returned this item. Love the look and storage and is perfect as part of my new office furniture. I still have 2 more storage units to put together. The only thing I didn’t like is that the top surface came chipped up. My husband put black electrical tape on it so it would blend in. I also didn’t like how it came in literally sooo many pieces. Took a long time to piece together. Had I know that, I would have passing for the assemble that was offered at purchase. Other than that I really like my new addition for my office space. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We found dents and marks on some of the parts. Too bad we noticed this when we were almost done putting together the frame that took us so long to assemble. We finished assembling and found that all the drawers are very flimsy, also one of the drawers get stocked sometimes. I like the look of it but it feels cheap. Wish we could return it but it’s past the return window and it’s very heavy, I’m sure it’s a pain to return but it’ll be nice to get at least a partial refund. It’s disappointing to get a damaged item after paying full price. ... show more
