I used this twice. It actually did cool things off. But it leaked all over the place, so I put it on tray. The power unit connects at the base of the unit, so that ended up under water once it was on the tray. And of course, never worked again after that.

The Type-C adapter is only 12” long so you will likely need a USB adapter cord to get power. It puts out only one small stream of cool air which makes it look cheap. OK for small room. The cost is little so can’t expect a powerful unit.

PROS: 1) When added w/ water, yes! it definitely feels like a small A/C, very cool. 2) It's super light, kind of cheap. CONS: 1) Drips from the water's condensation, so had to add a lil' towel underneath. 2) At the very bottom of fan, it states " Adapter 1.5A, or cooler may fail." If the cooler part fails, it's basically another small fan, which I do NOT need. I have enough. Conclusion: I returned item b/c for $50, if unit cooler part failed, it's a wasted $50 & another regular fan i don't need. ... show more

It worked great for the first month but then started leaking water out of the bottom & now it has stopped making vapor entirely- $70 for a mid fan that I can’t return now :( I wish I would have spent a little more & bought a nice humidifier!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THING!!!
