I admit it is a little bit snug on the shoulders, but it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. I even bought a second one in black for one of my friends. Jacket fits alright. Quality is what you would expect from a $40 "Spirit of Halloween" kind of costume piece. I'm a 39" Bust and bought the large blue jacket at first. Had to return because it was too big and the stripes on the side of the blue one were a lighter shade than the jacket fabric. The red looks to be higher quality and I like the color much better. The arm holes were too big for me, but the sleeves were long enough. I would say the sizing chart is about .5" over, but that's fine. I used this for a plague doctor costume. Got the mask and hat on Amazon as well.

This is a good quality piece however it definitely ran smaller than a 3xx… having large boobs and small waist I assumed this would fit… it unfortunately was too tight around the chest area. However for a smaller chested individual this would be a good purchase.

Bought this for my daughter to cosplay as steam punk and she absolutely loves it! It fits her well, it’s adorable, and it’s warm during cold weather. We added some gears for the steam punk element and it’s perfect. The only downside is the buttons are plastic and you have to be careful with them. All in all would buy it again.

I purchased a 3X based off the sizing chart. This coat was in no way a 3X. It says the bust is 48". I have a 46" bust and there was at least a foot of space where I couldn't close it. The arms were very tight too. I was really bummed because the emerald color is so pretty and the coat was lightweight but it wasn't even close to fitting.
