Description

Agri-Fab 45-0628 (Zero-Turn 15 Gallon Sprayer) is a versatile designed 15 Gallon Zero-Turn (ZT) compatible mounted spot or boom sprayer that will give you the opportunity to use the spot sprayer for precision applications or the boom sprayer to cover a larger area quickly. The 100 psi, 2.2 GPM diaphragm pump is designed for maximum efficiency to provide high hour application. This sprayer also comes with a 15-Inch handle Extension with brass adjustment tip (wide angle finely atomized cone spray to a straight stream) and with 19-Foot of hose can spray streams up to 30-Feet. The boom is 30-Inches wide and has a spray width of up to 60-Inches. This sprayer can be used at any time during the year, to spray for a variety of reasons including: grub prevention, crab grass prevention, and perennial weeds prevention, along with liquid fertilizer applications. Spraying your yard periodically throughout the year can greatly improve your lawn’s health and quality. The Agri-Fab 45-0603 (Zero-Turn 15 Gallon Sprayer) can fit on multiple Zero-Turn(ZT) lawn mowers.

    • ZTR Sprayer 45-0603 - Product arrived and box was in good condition BUT missing parts!
The 45-0603 box arrived, and the box had clear shipping tape that was closing the box. I asked the delivery guy about the clear tape and if the box was opened and he stated no that is how they ship it. I started the next morning to install the sprayer and found that it was missing two brackets that were needed to mount the unit. I called the Agri-Fab customer support and provided the needed info and was told that the parts should arrive in about a week and that when the parts department ships out the parts I would get an email. It is now 5 days later, and no email and I cannot install the sprayer. I am returning the sprayer and will purchase a replacement and hope it arrives with everything need as per the directions. UPDATE: After setting up the return due to not seeing any email from Agri-Fab Shipping of replacement parts I set up a pickup for the sprayer and entered a new order which was set to be delivered in a week+. The next day after the return was set and NO emails from Agri-Fab in regard to the needed parts I went to the mailbox and there are the missing parts from Agri-Fab delivered 6 days after requesting it and NO email stating the parts have been shipped as told to me by Agri-Fabs CS agent. I now decided to keep the original and cancel the return pickup and then tried to cancel the new order which was being shipped out by Amazon and was not yet shipped. When I went to cancel the new order, I was told that they cannot cancel, and I can return it after it arrives. So now I am awaiting the second sprayer to be delivered so I can setup a return of the new 45-0603 sprayer and wait for a refund which is holding up a $750. + order payment and all because Agri-Fab first did not supply all the needed parts for the first sprayer and then NOT sending any notification that they actually shipped the missing parts. I will be looking ElseWare for any needed equipment in the future as Agri-Fab has dropped the ball to many times for me to ignore their short-comings. 2nd - Update: After finally receiving the missing parts from Agri-Fab I installed the 45-0603 sprayer into my ZTR, and I filled the tank with about 5 Gal. of water. I flipped the power switch on and there were 6 "crimp style" hose connections on the valves and return fittings all spraying out water. There is no way to tighten these crimp connections other than to cut them off the hose and use a screw band style or other hose clamps to squeeze the fittings and stop the leaking from the hoses which I did. So, to compile this experience in full it started with #1 - Receiving a New 45-0603 Sprayer from Agri-Fab. and finding It is not able to be installed due to missing parts. #2 - Called Agri-Fab and asked them to send me the missing parts. #3 - After waiting 6 days without any notification from Agri-Fab, I received the missing parts. #4 - I installed the 45-0603 Sprayer and connected the power on the ZTR mower #5 - Filled sprayer with about 5 Gal. of water and powered on the 45-0603 Sprayer. #6 - All but two of all the crimped hose connections on the 45-0603 Sprayer were leaking water when powered on. #7 - I ordered (NOT FROM AGRI-FAB) replacement screw hose clamps and just to be safe new brass valves to replace all the garbage crimp fittings, hose and valves supplied on the $750.+ "45-0603" ZTR sprayer. Do yourself a favor and decide IF you want to take a chance and purchase the 45-0603 sprayer! ... show more
