The fabric has a cooling feature that was so nice during the hot humid summer, but unsure how it would be in the cooler months or if you tend to run cold. I like when I get compression sleeves from this company WITHOUT that grip stuff on them. Unfortunately, it seems to be standard now, so I wear them inside out. I've been using this brand since a bilateral brachioplasty in October 2025. Started with 2XL in November and now I'm down to a large! I wish they had a but stronger compression than 10/20, the fabric is breathable and washable. I suggest hand washing and hang to dry. Unfortunately, this new pair had that grip stuff at the top which I'm allergicto, and irritates my skin, and a few snags as well as loooe stitching. I think the price could be lowered significantly, but also, I can't find them locally, so I pay more on Amazon. They're thick, material is soft and has SPF protection which is important to me. I hand wash them after each use, especially when worn during hikes or working out. ... show more

amazing for brachioplasty !!!

Bought these 3.5 weeks out from my bilateral brachioplasty because my other compressions were painful and irritating (front closure compressions with built in bra). These fit amazingly and are true to size. My biceps are around 11.5 inches and the S/M fit perfectly without feeling overwhelming or painful on my incisions. The fabric is super soft and stretchy. Functional for mild lymphedema

These are a pretty good value for the price point. Pro: price, prompt delivery, no seams, sizing may be an issue for me with a pair since my bicepts are 1 cm different. Con: not exactly the same size, top rolls on one of the sleeves but “settled” after adjusting multiple times, there are a noticeable cuffs that are loose so I turned them up and that aided compression, quality of compression is not up to my $$$Juzo sleeve noticeably, feels like uniform not progressive compression. Still, they do provide relief and are comfortable while my Juzo is in the laundry. ... show more

Fit well, comfortable, great value

Arrived timely, fit as expected based on size guidelines provided. A tad large in the wrist area, but my forearm is small in relation to my upper arm. Compression level is VERY comfortable. Silicon holds sleeve in place well and is also VERY comfortable. I plan to buy more, great value.

I looked at this out of the package and thought, no way it was going to fit. I put it on and it fit perfectly. I misread the description thinking there was only one in a package, but it is a pair. Bonus for me because I ordered 2.
