Great fit. Soft material and stretchy but with appropriate compression. Using post op and it is quite comfortable. It doesn’t feel restricting in any uncomfortable way. Great slip resistance due to a silicone strip at the top of the sleeve. The muse color is great for wearing under your normal clothes. Would recommend!

I got the S/M with 20-30 mmhg compression. My bicep is just under 11in so I'm in the middle of the size range. These looked really short when I took them out of the package, but it turns out they were a bit too long. (I'm 5'4" so I do have shorter arms) They're baggy on my wrists and don't seem to do much for my forearms, but I pulled the top band up as high as it would go. I wore them for ~10 minutes and my fingers started to go numb. I took them off and it's 30 minutes later and my upper arm still feels weird and a bit achy. I've been wearing compression socks for months and haven't had this kind of issue. I love that there's no silicone dots (I get rashes from those even though I've never had issues with silicone before). This was the only option I could find without them. It seems like the band was made tighter to ensure they don't fall down, but that extra tightness is what caused my issue. I think the fit just doesn't work for me unfortunately, but I still gave it 4 stars because it could have been great if not for my anatomy. I wish they had more options for sizing.

The bands in the top and bottom are much tighter than the sleeves and they have the little rubber grippers on them. Within 12 hours of wearing them, I had large welts and blisters where the rubber was.

I just received these today & am totally sold on them. If my opinion changes, I will make an update to this. I’m currently 6 weeks out from arm lift surgery & compression feels good while I continue to heal. However the garment that I’ve been wearing is like a crop top attached to sleeves & is cumbersome as well as uncomfortable. These are so much better & comfortable! I would not have been able to wear them a couple of weeks ago due to my underarm incisions but they have healed enough now that it’s not a bother. Be sure to measure before ordering & I recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes to ensure comfortable fit. I’ve already went back & ordered a couple more so I have spares while washing. Luckily the Black Friday deal continued for Cyber Monday so I got them for a great price. Highly recommend!

I like when I get compression sleeves from this company WITHOUT that grip stuff on them. Unfortunately, it seems to be standard now, so I wear them inside out. I've been using this brand since a bilateral brachioplasty in October 2025. Started with 2XL in November and now I'm down to a large! I wish they had a but stronger compression than 10/20, the fabric is breathable and washable. I suggest hand washing and hang to dry. Unfortunately, this new pair had that grip stuff at the top which I'm allergicto, and irritates my skin, and a few snags as well as loooe stitching. I think the price could be lowered significantly, but also, I can't find them locally, so I pay more on Amazon. They're thick, material is soft and has SPF protection which is important to me. I hand wash them after each use, especially when worn during hikes or working out.
