This was a gift for my 8 year old. We tried a few other MP3 players and this one was by far the easiest to transfer music onto. The battery life has been great. The sound quality is nice. The headphones didn't last too long but she likes to use her over-ear ones more anyway so it wasn't a dealbreaker. I would buy this again for my other children.

Got this for my four year old. Haven't added songs yet as she's happily listening and singing to the three sample songs on repeat. Has a few games on it, great sound with and without headphones. I had to buy non-earbud headphones due to her little ears and ease of use. Overall, this was worth the price. It feels low quality because it's light as a feather but it works like an expensive mp3 player would. I'm happy I bought it and my little one loves it!

Good quality, everything works. Much smaller than I expected. Only about the size of a credit card but I expected it to be bigger better suited for kids. It was easy for my 4 year old niece to use.

HEARING LOSS ALERT!!! This little unit is the worst media device I've ever encountered throughout my many years of using multiple iPods, Sony Walkman, Pioneer and Panasonic media devices. None come close to this unit for maximum volume level. With earbuds/earphones, at it's out of the box default setting of 15, the volume level is easily well over 85db, the maximum OSHA level for industrial working environments. At it's max level of 30, it has to be well over 100db and exceeding even stadium councert levls of 120db. And there is no was to limit the adjustment for kids or anyone for taht matter. Simply there is no parantal control on this device. As a recording tech in my early years and a dedicated audiophile throughout my life, I've been acutely aware of the effect excess sound levels can have on our hearing. As a resource consultant for the American Tinnitis Association for many years, I've encountered a wide variety of individuals with various forms of hearing loss. Suffice it to say, it can be very annoying at best and dibilitating in severe situations. Save your money, and your hearing, and avoid this device at all costs!!!!!

Seriously, a total piece of junk. Ordered for my 8 yr old daughter for Christmas. It’s tiny, feels and looks cheap but best of all…..wait for it….refuses to link with the computer we own. I’m sure if I did enough research and downloaded all the appropriate software required I could load up a few songs for her all the while she is telling me to just “tell Alexa to play the song”. So I did.

I bought this for my 3 year old. She loves music and singing. I love the face that it is light weigh and durable. Kids now days are so smart. She learned really quickly how to change between tracks and adjust volume. The only suggestion I would make is to buy some kid friendly headphones that have sound limits for ear protection. The sound can be extremely loud with regular headphones.

I got this product for some kids in a residential behavioral treatment facility I work at where they have restrictions on what they can and can’t have access to on their MP3 players and this player meets all the criteria and more. The games are a great addition to an already well designed MP3, and the kids love how simple it is to navigate. I wish there were more color options for people in the states, but I’ll make do with the pink and blue for now. I also wish there were another similar MP3 player that was maybe for one age group up from what this one is designed for just to have more options for MP3 players with a game mode.
