Although two bolts were misidentified the stand was very easy to assemble. The tv stand has several adjustments allowing you to position your tv exactly where you want to.

What I like about this stand is also what I don't like: the tempered glass base keeps even large 60" TVs in place but is heavier than expected and if it breaks you are out one stand. That being said it remains a very good to excellent stand.

It's a nice rugged stand, but assembly is a bit difficult due to poor instructions typical of Asian items. Take your time assembling, as there are several differnt heights the TV can be attached . Unlike earlier flatsxreens, there were only four moulnting holes onthe back of the unit. The stand has tobe assembled to fit. .A worthwhile buy. TV can be positioned many ways . Omnidirectional, swivels, tilts up or down . Great alternative for the unsightly ,unstable legs that now come with new TVs.
