I saw the reviews where people complained about the noise but I do not think it is so bad. I was buying Ice at the supermarket and hated running out. I used this machine for about a year. It makes good ice at a frequent rate, but there’s a few things I struggled with. The ice melts faster than normal freezer made ice because it’s made instantly in the machine. It is a bit noisy, but it’s not too loud. The ice was worth it to me. After a few months it seemed to constantly get moldy, I would take the parts out and clean it the best I could but there are really small nooks that I could only clean with a tooth pick. No matter how frequently I cleaned it, the mold was stuck in parts of the machine I couldn’t reach. I’ve recently seen they make liquid cleaners you can run through the machine to internally wash out any bad stuff. I wasn’t aware of this at the time, and I had to throw it away because of how bad the mold was. This is something whoever owns this should keep in mind! I did love it for 1 year and 8 months. It stopped freezing the water 2 days ago. Cleaned regularly including the fans of dust. Really disappointed! Upgrading to a nugget machine next, I guess.

Perfect ice cube shape for all types of drinks. Easy directions to make the ice. It does take a little long in between ice coming out. As in all the ice doesn’t get produced at the same time. The ice melts a little bit in machine by the next time ice is made. Overall works pretty good.
