I really wanted to like this press. The seller is responsive to messages but the fact is it’s cheap and junk. Spend the extra money for a better one. The first issues I had with it was it wouldn’t hold the temp and sometimes it would shoot really high if you don’t watch it. It burned 2 of my tumblers this way. Also the countdown timer sometimes wouldn’t work. It was random so you had to watch it to be sure it started to countdown. The last issue is the most important. This press isn’t adjustable and it does NOT get the edges tight. I was getting ghosting on every single tumbler and was going out of my mind trying everything to eliminate it. I bought another more expensive machine (here on Amazon) and I did NOTHING different than I did before and my edges came out flawless with the new press. So I wasted sooo much product by not being able to sell them because of ghosting at the top/bottom when in reality is was nothing I was doing, but it was the press itself. ... show more

There is nothing to complain about. I absolutely love the color, it fits the tumbler , and sublimates beautifully . i was amazed on how fast i received it. i placed my order on march 15 and had it in my hands on march 19. even when amazon had it still march 23.. I am not complaining ..Thank you

Once temp reaches where you want it it drastically drops, timer only works when temp has reached the temp it set at but if you don't hurry up and place cup and close it before temp drops the timer wont start and you have to wait! DO NOT RECOMMEND
