I have used this hairspray before and have been satisfied with the results. Unfortunately, a recent canister of hairspray proved to be non-functional. The spray nozzle was detached from the canister when I removed the shrink wrap and top. I attempted several times to replace the small nozzle but spray still was unable to exit the canister. I then removed a nozzle that WAS working from an older spray can in the hopes that this would solve the problem. Unfortunately, that was not to be the case. This product is "Non-Refundable." While $27 is not a huge amount of money, I think it is grossly unfair for Amazon NOT to replace a malfunctioning product free of charge. I would certainly return the hairspray container if Amazon needed PROOF that the spray device does not work and therefore the product is of no use. ... show more
