I've been using AG products for years and love them. Unfortunately, my local Ulta doesn't keep the products in stock so I decided to order from Amazon. The product is great - but the shipping and handling by Amazon is not. When I opened the package, the bottle had come open - both the cap and the internal seal. Some of the product had leaked out. I love the design of this bottle and the smell of the shampoo! It also has helped with my scalp itchiness, although I wouldn’t say it’s cured flakiness. My hair feels and looks healthy!

I found nothing special about this shampoo. Many of the ratings were 5 stars but I’ve used much better. A little more expensive but significantly better. I’d rather spend the extra then spend less for quality that isn’t even worth the lesser cost. Hopefully makes sense.

The shampoo is great but even better when it arrives with a top on it and not spilled out in the box.., whoever packaged the item had to have known there wasn’t a top on the shampoo.. i received a huge mess and an empty bottle.. they are replacing it but i have to send the empty bottle back..
