I rock climb in gyms a lot where there's so much chalk floating around and for some reason it loves to stick in my hair and gunk up my scalp. I had been struggling to find a shampoo that truly gets it clean and my hair stylist recommended this and it works! It is quite harsh in stripping absolutely everything from my hair, including the good oils, but does not seem to cause damage as long as I follow up with a good conditioner. The shampoo itself is wonderful. Really cleanses your hair great. Totally disappointed in the shipping. My first order I received an empty package. Second order the lid was off the top of the bottle and I received a package full of shampoo.
