This is a great one-step product for my daughters' 2B/2C and 3A/3B hair. It leaves their hair soft, manageable and natural-looking without the greasy, weighed down look of other products. I truly love how natural and defined their curls are without being frizzy. And best of all, it lasts all day! The smell is light and fruity, and the product feels so light. While it's not the cheapest product on the market, a little goes a LONG way, and it's worth every penny!

I rarely write reviews but had to given the price point and frustration. The consistency of this cream is literally that of water, you cannot hold it in your hands at all. Upon opening on the first use, I wasted and spilled a significant amount down the sink cabinet and onto the floor (see photo). I was not expecting water to come pouring out, despite shaking it prior to opening. It was always somewhat watery but seems to have gotten significantly worse. I will more than likely transfer this to a spray bottle and dilute with water. It's impossible to use as a cream without wasting product. Please be aware of that so your money doesn't slip through your fingers (literally). I will update this review with a video next time I use it for reference While I'm very happy with the results on my hair as a product, it's awful and not logical to be sold as a cream. Hopefully the brand will rectify this for their customers in the future. No one would be happy to spend $30 on a hair product only to lose 1/4 of it onto the ground.

This product is so watery that it should not be in a tube. It is unusable in a tube since it just flows out everywhere. This product is in no way a cream. It's the consistency of chocolate milk. Returning. Update: I did not return this product. Once my hair dried with this product in, I found that I like what it does for my hair. It leaves my hair soft with defined curls which last for a few days (with the help of a silk pillowcase and my hair up in a pineapple at night). I'm still quite frustrated dispensing the product though. It should be in a pump bottle, not a tube. It's far too thin and just runs out of the tube.

I have 3b-c fine hair. I do not have any coarse hair, so I struggle trying to find a product with enough hold for my tight curls, that won't weigh down my fine hair, and gives me at least 4 days between washes. This product does not leave build up, but holds my curls for 4 days. After four days I do not try to refresh, I simply put it in a pony tail. Curlsmith styling souffle is not enough hold, and their in-style shower fixer is too much. AG's Curl fresh defines is just right. If you are like me and looking for the right Curl product you won't be disappointed. I have been using Mizuno leave in conditioner before applying this, but that is all.

One of two things have happened...one the company has changed the product to leave you with water instead of a styling cream. Impossible to work with, 99% water, wasteful, and does nothing to hold your hair, I paid $28 dollars for water which made my hair nothing but wet. I have emailed the company to see if this is a new formula. The other thing that could have happened is that half the product was empty and the rest replaced with water. I want my money back. Don't spend your hard earned money on a product that does nothing and is majority h2o. I was either scammed or the product has changed and rendered it useless.

I used this for the first time and I don’t think my curly frizzy hair has EVER looked this good. My curls are defined and not frizzy. I brushed the product in after applying. Then sectioned and brushed out pieces using a denman brush & finally diffused. I was blown away with how my curls looked. Even on day 3 I’m still super impressed. The only down fall is there isn’t a lot of product in the bottle, so I’ll need to purchase more often but I’m willing to do that if my hair looks this amazing!
