Update: I did recieve the missing component but issue added almost 2 weeks to ordering and assembly process. We are also missing other components but they were not necessary for operation. Good product once assembled. Mine came with the back rail missing. I've had it for a couple of days now and I've called and sent an email. Product literally fell apart the first time I decided to fold the mattress out and sit on it. Extremely low quality wood. Busted to pieces in several places. I weigh around 200 lbs. The bed arrived in 3 boxes plus one more for the mattress. Its assembly was not terribly difficult with most steps doable by just one person. All parts were present and each screw accounted for, plus an extra of each screw type. Instructions were typical, which is to say not always clear, but discernible if you have already assembled similar furniture. Set aside a couple hours to complete. Final inspection of the assembled piece revealed the door to not be held closed snugly by the clips. I will have to move the clips back, which is unfortunate, as it means 4 more holes in the unit. My advice is to not affix the spring clips until the later stages of the instructions where you can check fit of the door. At this price I would have expected better engineering. Overall it is very solid and the quality of the materials are above par. ... show more
