First thing..the bed looks great. It was easy to assemble and it is very comfortable and easy to pull out and put away. There, last good thing I will say. The bed broke the second night we slept on it because they drilled a hole right at a section where two pieces of wood had been spliced together instead of using one piece of wood! The piece is only about 20” long and they couldn’t use one piece?? Anyway, I contacted them by phone and then via email and sent several pictures of the flaw. Crickets... I was told by customer service someone would contact me. My emails generated an auto reply saying someone would contact me within 48 hours. Well over a month later, 5 emails and two phone calls and nothing. Sad part is that the section where the break is would be so easy to replace. All someone would have to do is ask where I needed it sent and we could disassemble the bed and put in the new piece. Easy, done and 100% great review. I will be glad to revise this review if anything changes, but in the meantime I wouldn’t trust this company. Update: I didn’t realize just how badly Covid had impacted their response time. Once customer service got to my request for service it got resolved and the replacement item shipped and was delivered across country in less than 8 days. No questions asked, just a complete replacement for the damaged section. My faith in this company is completely resolved and i wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again

The entire bottom of the bed broke (unusable) with two 130 pound people sitting on it. It is a lovely looking bed cabinet and we were excited about having it. Even spent more for "real wood" to ensure it would be sturdy and last. We had only used it twice. Luckily my husband has woodworking equipment and totally rebuilt the bottom 1/3 of the bed. Otherwise, this would have been trash and a total waste of money. Originally when ordering - company sent the wrong pieces only 2 of 3 pieces and they didn't match. Tried calling the company per their instructions sent with the bed and they did not respond after WEEKS of calling, emailing, submitting forms online to their customer service department. Finally called Amazon and they got the correct item shipped immediately. Thank you Amazon!

I really wanted to like this, as it was a product I really needed. And after assembly it does look good. After reading reviews I made sure to take my time assembling so nothing could be related to any fault of my own. Right out of the box, though, I noticed a fairly significant crack on one of the slats. No damage to the box, and this piece was packed fairly towards the middle...so was it cracked before it was even packed? During assembly I tried to put one of the metal barrel nuts into the hole, but it wouldn't insert. Turns out that hole wasn't even drilled properly through. I had to get out my own drill to finish that piece. My particular model color (Driftwood) is supposed to have this rustic gray finish to it, but the white paint they used and rubbed off was done very poorly. It left huge paint puddles dried on various pieces. The metal latches on the side that hold the front in place do not line up with the clasps at all. I had to unscrew and reposition them, leaving holes behind. Finally, once assembled and extended, it is not sturdy at all. The wood slats that the mattress lays on have no support at all. The foot of the bed and corners will snap if anyone sits on it. I can touch it with one finger and see it sag. It certainly won't be able to accommodate the weight of an adult without additional structural support and metal brackets. Which I plan on doing, because I have no other choice. It is definitely not a $2000 piece of furniture.

Love the look of the dresser except for the bottom drawer not being attached in any way. Put this on carpet and had to add some cushions to the bottom of the dresser to get the drawer open and now there is a gao between the bottom drawer and the next one above it. Bought a mattress topper to make comfy. Comes with a thin 3 piece mattress so a topper is a must.

I guess this product is hit or miss on quality. There was a lot of good reviews, so i bought it for our spare room. I don't think it is good on carpet. Our drawer wont open easily without pushing back on the dresser. The white paint used on the blue surface is terrible and not the same color throughout the dresser. Also, my husband and i both sat on the bed to try it out and the piece of wood split an inch under my side of the bed. Product description says weight limit 1000lbs, our total weight is 400lbs. So the wood shouldn't sound like it is breaking every time you get on it. We will just have our kids sleep in it when people stay over.

Just what I wanted for when guest come to stay. The perfect queen size cabinet bed. When not in use, it looks like a very nice cabinet. When throwing parties it can also serve as a bar! Win Win! The info I read online said it would take about two hours and two people to put together. It takes longer than that and at one point, we thought we would need a third set of hands. We finally got it finished. The delivery guys were awesome and brought it right into our garage for us. Three big boxes and no way to lift them alone. So I was very thankful. Overall, we are pleased and when our daughter and her spouse come to visit in April, we will have a nice bed for them to sleep in.

Changing this to one star. I did A LOT of research on this before I bought it. I’m talking months of reading reviews, looking at different options, and then deciding. I Thought most of the problems dealt with delivery or assembly which I could manage. Delivery was not good, but I expected that. Assembly was not too bad either. Right before our guest comes over, we pull it out and make the bed. My husband then sits on the bend and it breaks! The cheap wood split! Not even on a part that was assembled by us, but came put together. So happy this happened before my guest slept on it but furious at the amount of time and money I spent on this item. Please skip this and move on to something more affordable, which still might be better!
