I bought these in almost every color because I do have plantar fasciitis in both feet bone spurs and pinched nerves in the tops of my feet so I thought these would be awesome they felt good on the heels but they're so flexible that the front of my foot where my bone spur is my toe bent too much cuz it's so flexible and it just caused me tons of pain but otherwise the arch support and everything is good I had to return four pairs unfortunately I couldn't return the other ones I bought them too long ago but if you're looking for a stiffer shoe this is not the one it's very flexible but they're nice.

👍 I recommend like many others to size up. I didn’t the first purchase and had to return them The larger ones fit my feet perfectly. I have high arches and narrow feet. 🔴 I think that gals with wide feet may be disappointed.

These sandals feel really good and supportive. I wear a 7.5 wide in running shoes. Got these in 8 and they are about perfect. Not sure why so many reviews say they are narrow? I feel if the thong part was any wider, they would be too wide for me. My three stars is about the look/material. The sparkly finish looks and feels super cheapo and does make you wonder how it will hold up over time. Too bad because it might be easy to use some much much cuter material when manufacturing these. Based on comfort, 10 stars and I would buy repeatedly at whatever price. Alas, I can't get past the look so no matter how comfortable, I won't buy again/order more colors.

I love the fit. I’m a size 7, my foot is narrow, and these fit perfectly. I saw some reviews that said they were too narrow for some ladies. I have a hard time finding narrow thongs. Most are wide and not true to size. Most are too long or too short. The arch support is good. The straps are soft, and I think I won’t have to adjust to any rough spots. I think they’re great and will buy more. I got the mellow blue.
