Bought for my son for xmas, and ofcourse had to wait til it warmed up to use it. He loves the shocks, our road is so rough and this makes the ride super smooth. The size is great. He is 9 and can definitely use it for years. Plenty of foot space and handle space for bigger kids. We ran into a issue where one of the bolts went missing and i realized our scooter didnt have the stand. Contacted the company so i could get the missing pieces or order them somehow and they sent a new scooter! Super fast and customer friendly. 100% would buy again, may need to in a few years for our youngest!! ... show more

*Update: 3/19/24 The seller reached out to me after seeing this review and offered to reimburse us for the scooter, and also sent new wheels that should arrive next week. Very happy with the great customer service. Updating the 3 star review to a 5 star because they tried to make it right.* My 12 year old has had this scooter since Christmas. His back wheel looks this way after less than 3 months. We’ll be buying replacement wheels because the scooter itself is great; it’s sturdy, durable, the height adjustment and brakes work well, but we were shocked when he came home with the wheel like this. I wanted to reach out to the seller but couldn’t find a way to contact them so hopefully they see this review. Bought this scooter for my son for Christmas. He enjoyed riding it. The scooter was already assembled just needed to click some things in place. Very convenient to take around especially when you are going to the park. I recommend this scooter if you are looking for a gift for your kids.
