Bought for my son for xmas, and ofcourse had to wait til it warmed up to use it. He loves the shocks, our road is so rough and this makes the ride super smooth. The size is great. He is 9 and can definitely use it for years. Plenty of foot space and handle space for bigger kids. We ran into a issue where one of the bolts went missing and i realized our scooter didnt have the stand. Contacted the company so i could get the missing pieces or order them somehow and they sent a new scooter! Bought this scooter for my son for Christmas. He enjoyed riding it. The scooter was already assembled just needed to click some things in place. Very convenient to take around especially when you are going to the park. I recommend this scooter if you are looking for a gift for your kids.

UPDATE 28/04/24. A day after leaving a complaint in the reviews I was pleasantly surprised with a full refund! Absolutely didn’t expect it, and didn’t even ask for it. Excellent customer service! I would absolutely purchase from the seller again based on the way my complaint was handled. ——— I was so excited to gift this to my son for his 9th birthday. Unfortunately, it started to fall apart before he even got on. The lip to pull on to extend or collapse when folding was broken in the box, and the button to press to adjust the height of the handle broke with the simple action of connecting the two pieces. It actually seems to be stuck inside the bar itself. I gave it 2 stars because he can still ride it, but I worry it might collapse or the handle might fall downwards. looks great, but definitely wouldn’t recommend. ... show more
