Smooth ride, easy to assemble, great product!! OK, I hate to assemble things. This took under 10 minutes. And honestly, it wasn’t really assembling. It was already fully assembled. All I had to do was snapped the handles into place, screw on the front tire and pump up the tire. Best thing to is they provide you with a little pump and the tools that you need to get it done. It literally took me about seven minutes. In addition, this is a great sturdy scooter that both my 12-year-old and I love. Very, very smooth ride over bumpy roads, and she’s riding down grassy hill with it as well. I highly recommend it. We bought a second one already. ... show more

    • Failed with little use. Customer service quick to fix

Purchased late last year and used it maybe 3 times. The brake failed without warning. All of a sudden the brake handle became very rough and unable to activate the brake caliper at back wheel. Tried to fix but was impossible to adjust. That tells me I got a dud/lemon or the components are cheaply made. Oh and it was not an issue with weight capacity. I am 5 ft 8 inches180lbs which should not have played an issue with the brake mechanism failing. Update: customer service responded and quick to address issue. Currently awaiting replacement and will update again soon. Update #2 : Replacement has arrived. So far so good ... show more

    • Tires don’t hold up well to weights 90+ lbs above, excess brake tubing hanging near handlebars
Style: A8 Clay with Air Tire
Assembly can be tricky, particularlybon the wheels where there is a loose inner cylindrical tube that the long screw metal part has to be fed through from one side through to the other. It jiggles around and is very hard to balance the circle ends to align properly with the round openings the long screw goes in and out of on both sides. The look is nice, brake works decently (so far) though the brake wire has excess tubing up top near handle bars/brake which is massively and annoyingly in the way. Also, for the price of this scooter the wheels don’t seem to hold up to too much weight. If your child weighs over 90+ lbs, it seems the wheels/tires (even when properly inflated) don’t hold up weight very well and just flatten down while riding and scooter doesn’t go very well. I’d imagine the average boy, even girl pre teens these days are easily 90+ lbs so I’d definitely take that into consideration. If it weren’t for the crappy tires, which I’m a little sketchy about so far, and the excess brake tubing hanging loosely around the handlebars (which could also be a hazard if their hands get caught in it), I would’ve given this 5 stars, though its only been ridden indoors since its still snowy and icy out. Time will tell and will update if further issues arise- particularly with the tires. ... show more

The scooter worked great until the locking mechanism failed mid ride and I’ve only had the scooter for less than a month. I will be requesting a replacement and or refund if it happens again.

The brakes just didn’t work, and I tried adjusting it, still didn’t work. Maybe should make sure the brakes should function when the ship it out? I had to drag my feet on the ground, thanks. The rim cracked because it’s just cheap plastic. Finding a replacement rim or tire is impossible…. MAYBE THEY SHOULD JUST SELL REPLACEMENT PARTS. The only thing about it, it looks nice and is lightweight, not good for riding. ... show more
