First off shipping and delivery were very fast,it arrived two days earlier than expected. Secondly, I have found after using the dehumidifier for 5 days, that if I use the automatic setting it keeps the humidity level percentage between 48-50 percent, if used on CONTINUOUS modes it has lowered it to the 41-45 percent. I purchased the 105 pint model, because I live in Mississippi and we have very high humidity levels, since I received my dehumidifier I have been at to raise my thermostat 2 degrees and still feel comfortable in my home. I don't have a basement,and my house has an open floor plan,so I have it between my kitchen/dining area and living room. I empty the tank approximately 3 times a day,but it isn't always completely full. So far I am very pleased with this unit, set up was fast and simple, I like the ease and placement of the controls, it's compact enough that it's not cumbersome to move,(especially since it is on rollers) and it's doing what I hoped it woud. I would definitely recommend it especially if you live in high humidity areas, you will definitely notice a difference in the comfort level of your home. Oh! and it is very quiet, I don't even notice the sound when the house is quiet.

This Dehumidifier has been working great for the past month. My older model that lasted 6 years in my damp basement was loud. it did the job, but unless we were in a drought it never went below 55%. This unit is very quiet. i have had to go downstairs just to see if it tripped the breaker. It is that quiet. This unit is hovering right around the 50% humidity level and we just had a tropical storm come through. Im very pleased with this unit.

This dehumidifier is awesome and powerful. My only issue is that the tank is smaller than what I am used to but I’m very pleased with this purchase. Value is very good. It is quite and works overtime. Some times I empty it 2 or 3 times a day. I have several but this one is definitely the best.

I got in may ,now making noise not picking up water, I reached out but the want video of it making noise, pictures I never ask for all that before I bought and this company was suppose to be really good, I just hope they resolve it dehumidifiers are not cheap and they are needed, we are elderly and Dino’s how to do all they ask for. UPDATE: I am incredibly impressed with how this company handles their warranty. The dehumidifier in my basement quit picking up water, so I contacted customer service. They handled the situation quickly and replaced the entire unit without any hassle. The new unit is already up and running perfectly and keeping the basement dry. Thank you for standing behind your product and providing such excellent support!

The system is working fine so far, so no problems there. The issue is that the humidity has never gotten below 35% running 24/7, which also means I need to empty it twice/day. My old one kept humidity at 30%, while only needing to be emptied once per day. And my entire house is only 1300 square feet.

This dehumidifier is working extremely well in our four-car garage. The large capacity is well suited for such a big space, and the included drain hose makes continuous use much more convenient... I actually just run the hose under one of the garage doors to the outside. It feels sturdy and looks like good quality. It blends into the garage without drawing unnecessary attention, and is pretty quiet. It is portable enough to reposition when needed. I have been so pleased with its performance that I purchased a smaller version for our RV. It is absolutely worth the money!

I bought this model after reading multiple positive reviews and so far am very pleased. Setting it up was simple. So far it had done a great job lowering the humidity in my basement. The bucket is smaller than devices I have used in the past but fortunately have been able to use the included hose for carefree direct drainage.
